Very cute home with the perfect amount of space! We had 7 people and an infant. The home was clean, well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, bowls, dishes, etc. We had a small issue with the lock, but our host was responsive and quick to get things fixed. Definitely recommend this home!

Our family enjoyed the experience, house is warm and cozy. We would recommend it to others. Pool was a nice benefit. Several family members walked to downtown on several days, minimal walking distance to downtown.

Very relaxing wonderful stay for all. Nice neighborhood and close to the Riverfront. Wish we all could have stayed longer. We have relatives in Washington and will surely stay at the Roberson House again.

Real nice older house that has been renovated quite well. Plenty of room with 6 bedrooms in a nice neighborhood only a mile to the main waterfront

House was in a great location for us. Easy to get to the places we wanted/needed to be. Communication with host was very professional, yet friendly and replies were very timely.We hosted family and friends here for a pre-wedding celebration taking place in town for our daughter and future son-in-law. Everyone loved the house and it the perfect size for the 9 of us.

The house was perfect for our group. Lovely gathering spaces inside and out for our group to gather and play games. Beautiful walk through historic district to downtown and the water. The owners thoughtfully stocked the house with staples and games.

Couple’s weekend

The Roberson House was everything we wanted and more. The bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. The refrigerator was large enough for 3 couples contribution to the weekend. We enjoyed the porch and sectional sofas for game playing and relaxing. We used the nearby pickleball courts. As you can tell, we loved our stay in Washington and the Roberson House. Highly recommend.

Old time charm

The owners have done amazing work on this property. This was a very comfortable older home. Everything was nice and clean and well cared for. The kitchen had really nice dishes and equipment, which is not always the case with short term rentals. Don't even get me started about the sheets, I took a picture of the tag because I need them in my life!!! I would absolutely stay here again. My only regret is we did not have more time to explore the downtown area of Washington.

Great rental, great location!

The Roberson House was one of our favorite places we've stayed in Washington (we come semi-frequently to visit family). The six bedrooms/2 bathrooms allowed for our girls to have their own rooms and for my parents to join us as well. The beds were comfortable, and the house was thoughtfully appointed. The management company was incredibly responsive. There was an issue with the listing where it said the pool was heated, which turned out not to be the case. The pool had also not been scheduled to be opened before we got there, which we didn't know at the time of booking. The management company and the owner were incredibly communicative and responsive about getting the pool open in time for us to use it. Our girls had an absolute blast with all the games available, and the adults enjoyed the comfortable porch seating for enjoying some time chatting together after the kids had gone to bed. Highly recommend, and we will look to book this house the next time we travel to Washington!
