Review of Property

Place was great and was within walking distance of some shopping and lots of restaurants and fast foods. I enjoyed staying there as it was very close to my dad who I was visiting. I would recommend highly.

Convenient location, quick responses

Owners were extremely responsive to an issue we reported upon arrival. Had everything we needed for our stay to visit family. The check in is a little odd as the gate was obviously added after the fact and the code box is off to the side but once you have the remote it’s easy to get in.

Very clean

The kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything you need to make meals in the condo. Well stocked with fresh towels. The hot tub was appreciated after being out sightseeing. Excellent communication.w

Comfortable and secure

We were looking for a vacation rental near our daughter and this unit met that need. The complex is gated and is in a neighborhood that feels safe...near restaurants and shopping. The owners are great to work with - answered questions promptly and had very clear procedures. They even have their phone number listed on the key-box if you have any problems accessing the unit. I really wish other owners would do this too. The unit was very clean and pretty well stocked. We were able to cook and eat in when we wanted. I like to have a bathmat when exiting the tub and there were not any - maybe the owner could add those. I bought something to use while I was there so I would not be putting the white towels on the floor. I also travel with my own nightlights and needed them here. The beds are comfortable with nice linens. Soaps and shampoos were provided. All in all, it was a very nice "home away from home" and I look forward to returning.

What a wonderful hideaway! Centrally located to the wide variety of attractions around Tucson. Easy access. Gated community. Pool and jacuzzi and laundry room were a bonus.

Nice Space!

Two separate bedrooms, each with a bathroom, full size refrigerator, secure parking. Easy access to I-10/I-19. Owner very responsive to a minor issue we had.

Just as advertised

It is a nicely kept, small 2 bedroom condo in a gated complex. The place is just as advertised and perfect for a short stay while visiting kids at UArizona. We had a slight hiccup at checkin-opened the lockbox and there was no key in it, but the owner came in about 15 minutes and lett is in.

Tucson Fun in the Sun

This property was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. It is conveniently located to a grocery store. Within a short amount of time you can easily reach zoo, museums, parks, eating places, and hiking. The gated community adds to enhanced security.

Convenient condo rental

Convenient location for most parts of the city and outlying recreation areas. Adequate kitchen facilities and cookware for cooking in (we stayed 11 days and were able to cook breakfasts and several dinners). Lots of closet space AND hangers. Heat and AC worked well. Very close off street parking in a secured area. Convenient check in. Host was helpful in permitting early check in. Communication good by text. We did not use pool or laundry facilities.

Great Tucson Experience

Small, but comfortable living area

The unit itself is not very large, however it is very comfortable. Easy to come and go from, laundry units nearby, and very close grocery store make it a nice for extended stays. The second bathroom is a little small, but otherwise i have no ther complaints. Area was clean and hosts were eager to ensure preparations.

Nice little touches

A great location just 5 minutes from U of Arizona. Such a pleasant surprise to find new breakfast staples in the fridge upon our late arrival, making the start to our Tucson stay go so smoothly. Communication was excellent and the hosts were super gracious. It was a little cool to use the pool but it looked very inviting. We would definitely stay here again.

Good place for a Tucson week-long getaway

Overall a good VRBO rental. Nice having 2 BRs and 2 baths. Clean and efficient. Convenient location. Kitchen is somewhat small and could be better equipped. Rental owner quite responsive to our questions and flexible as we decided on our exact dates.

Close to everything

Really enjoyed staying in this little condo. The hot tub was not far, and nice for those cold mornings. Enjoyed the outdoor eating area with a table and two chairs. Though it overlooks the parking lot, one really can’t see it.

Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were there to welcome us and they contacted us twice during our stay to make sure it was going well. They left a book with info on the condo and the general area. It’s well located to stores/restaurants and even an urgent care clinic that I used. It was within 30 minutes of hundreds of trails to hike and golf courses We were also able to visit Tombstone, Tubac and Sedona. The place itself was well maintained and stocked well with essentials like seasonings and eggs and toilet paper and paper towels. We used the hot tubs and laundry room which was handy. My only negative comment is that it is dark since it’s a first floor unit. I would however rent it again because of the location

We were very happy in this pretty little apartment. It had everything we needed but also had some pleasant surprises like tea, coffee and spices. Also they provided everything for a nice egg breakfast. Very nice owners.

Excellent property and attentive owners

The location is excellent for downtown, U of Arizona, and very good for the metro in general. Groceries and very good restaurants are nearby. The unit was very clean, well-furnished and nicely decorated. The owners, Martha and Jean Claude, were friendly and attentive, and very easy to interact with. They responded quickly to all requests and did everything they said they would.
