Great stay. I had a bike during my month-long stay so it was easy to get to the nearby Whole Foods, Target, Gym Tonic (gym I joined for a month), mu.so coffee (favorite coffee spot) -- basically most things in the West Adams area. Close to Ballona Creek path (walking/biking path) which was amazing. Generally, I felt safe in the area that had a mix of newer builds and older builds. The hosts communicated very well. Quick summary of pros and cons:Pros: New renovation, nice kitchen, clean place, solid bathroom and shower ( good water pressure), easy access and good wifi. Cons: TV a bit laggy downstairs, occasional fireworks at night (not just on July 4th), a few more bugs than expected, and cheaper linens beds. Overall, would stay again!
