What a wonderful place to stay at. Close to restaurants, trails, and ice cream. The host communication was excellent throughout our stay and the house is clean and very cute. Looking forward to our next stay.
Convenient location. Clean with nice space. Close to nightlife if wanted. Host was extremely responsive. This is our second time here and we plan on future stays.

This property met all our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and in an excellent location. Everything had been remodeled not too long ago and was very well kept. The kitchen had all the amenities and very nice appliances. The bathroom was a nice size with a cabinet around the sink, something I like. The air conditioner worked really well in 100 degree weather..We would absolutely stay here again.

Thank you so much, Mary! I’m so glad to hear the home met your expectations and that you found everything clean, comfortable, and well-appointed—especially during that 100-degree heat! It means a lot that you noticed and appreciated the details. You were a pleasure to host, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
Not sure where to start here. Everything from the booking to the check in to the stay was incredible. The host, Lisa, was amazing and gave us wonderful recommendations. We had the pleasure of meeting her husband, Jim, while we were at the VRBO and had a great conversation with him. Super people!!! The property was exceptionally clean, well stocked and very cozy. The finishings were very tastefully and impressive. The location was terrific with a short stroll to the shops, restaurants and bars on Sutter Street. Being former residents of Folsom, we appreciated experiencing everything about the area again. We are hoping Lisa and Jim will welcome us back next year when we return to Folsom for a vacation. Thank you for your hospitality and the beautiful welcome treats you left for us!!!

Thank you again for choosing to stay with us, and we would be absolutely delighted to welcome you back the next time your travels bring you to Folsom!
This spot was perfect for my adult son and I. It was nice and quiet and was in the historic district so a lot of places to walk to if you wanted to leave the car behind. The space was very clean. All the amenities were great as well. The beds were nice and large and comfortable. We were only in town for a short time for a wedding and this was perfect. Lisa (host) was so kind, helpful, and prompt replying with any questions I had. Check out and check in were effortless. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Thank you so much, Jolene! I’m so glad the home was a perfect fit for your trip and that you and your son enjoyed the quiet location, comfortable beds, and walkability to Historic Folsom. It was a joy hosting you, and I truly appreciate your kind words. You’re welcome back anytime - hopefully for a longer stay next time!
This was an excellent getaway near historic Folsom. We stayed 5 nights. Even though it's part of a duplex, only the garages connect, so you never hear the neighbors. One of the living room windows looks out to one of the nicer historic homes. The location was perfect to branch out to surrounding areas. As for the house itself, pretty much everthing you needed was available. (We loved the Keurig Duo!) As mentioned in the description, only 2 blocks from the historic Main street. You can walk down the hill, or easily find parking. Lots of cute stores, restaurants, and a local museum.
