A wonderful, relaxing cabin with all the amenities that is just a short walk to Lake Michigan. The beach feels private. The cabin also has a very spacious bathroom.

We really enjoyed our two night stay at Melissa and Mary’s Peaceful Cabin by the lake…the cabin is beautiful, very clean, welcoming, and cozy! The bed is super comfy as well as the couch and recliners. The best part for us this weekend was sitting by the wood burning stove after a full day of adventure. We ventured out to Door County two days in a row—rain or shine—and made several stops up and down the peninsula. It was amazing! So coming back to the cabin to relax and sit by the fire was truly the best. Last morning we walked out to the beach and couldn’t believe how close it was to the house! Best birthday weekend ever. Great communication with our hosts, Melissa and Mary. We hope to come back next year!!

Beautiful house on the border of a state park. Very well furnished, comfortable house with well equipped kitchen. We would definitely use the house again. Hopefully with more time to use the awesome backyard and fire pit. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, clean and cute cabin very close the the beach! We loved that we were able to bring our dog and play at the beach with him! Cabin had everything you needed and the hosts were super friendly. Great backyard area with a grill and fire pit too. Would love to visit again!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful, well-kept property with us! It provided the perfect quiet weekend getaway. Your home is incredibly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with every comfort—we especially loved the comfy bed and recliners. The private patio is a peaceful oasis, and it was a joy to sit outside listening to the birds and frogs. Watching a doe and her two yearlings visit early in the morning was pure magic. Thank you for all the loving touches that made our stay so special!
