We chose this home based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience didn’t match our expectations.The positives: the host was kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient, the neighborhood felt safe, and our kids enjoyed the games.We don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but we want to honestly share our experience so others can make an informed decision.Cleanliness was a disappointment. We paid a 149 cleaning fee and expected the home to be clean upon arrival. Instead, the floors had sticky spots, crumbs, and dirt, so I vacuumed shortly after checking in. The refrigerator and freezer had spills and stray hairs, and one bed had hairs on the sheets.We also noticed several safety concerns, especially for families with young children: the upstairs staircase was open underneath and the stair spindles were wide enough for a toddler to fit through; two smoke alarms were missing, leaving only the mounting brackets; the basement bunk beds were positioned directly next to a stairway; and the basement bathroom outlet appeared to be held in place with duct tape and had been painted over.There were also several maintenance issues, including a shower room with no exhaust fan, multiple squeaky, misaligned doors, and an uncomfortable king bed that sloped toward the middle.We appreciated the host’s kindness, but based on our experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.

Molifua baby shower

Beautiful well kept home. They thought of everything, from lotions, bath products. To popcorn. It was perfect and relaxation! Definitely would stay there again!

The house was clean. Had everything we needed. The grandkids loved to video games and air hockey table. Beds were not that comfortable but were fine for a couple nights. Not sure what was with the air conditioning, there is central air but then a portable one in the master bed room which made it cold so that the rest of the upstairs was cool. The cleaning staff just waded up the extra bedding and stuck it in cabinets. The extra towels were folded and left in top of dryer. Not the best for someone with any kind of stairs issues as bedrooms and bathrooms are either up 6 steps or down 4 steps. Over all we did enjoy our stay
