The location of this condo cannot be beaten and the amenities of the building are way above average. Their gym and spa were amazing and the pool area was also great. Their elevators were fast and the walkable access to EVERYTHING on Pensacola beach was incredible. The condo itself is also nice. Other reviewers have talked about how outdated it was but I didn’t think so. Beds were comfy, all the electronics and appliance worked. The washer and dryer have seen better days but they worked perfectly too. On cleanliness, I accidentally dropped a puddle of water on the floor in the kitchen and cleaned it with a white paper towel and there was no dirt on the paper towel after. Like, no trace of left over dirt on it. Same with the bathroom, couldn’t find one missed piece of dust or smudge anywhere. I’d recommend this condo to anyone.

Overall a nice property but it needs a lot of maintenance. Primary sliding door to master bathroom was stuck and could not be closed. Called and alerted maintenance twice and no one showed. Master BR curtains will not close all the way and are ragged and torn. Oven takes FOREVER to warm up. Outside electric grill is very old and needs replacing. Finally, if you have a party of six, provide more than just two properly entrance fobs.

This was our second visit to Beach Club. We were a little disappointed with our condo this time, but overall we enjoyed our stay at the property. Communication was excellent and any issues we had were quickly resolved. Our unit could use some tlc, paint was chipping, the seating on the balcony was not very comfortable, and beds were very uncomfortable Overall, we would return but reserve a different unit.

The room was nice especially the view, the downside is going back and forth to the beach was not very convenient with a party of 6 and only 2 fob keys. Also in our unit they didn’t provide extra trash bags and there was no hand soap at all and coming in and out the building was a hassle
