The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure all items are returned to their proper places. Place all used linens, towels, washcloths, & hand towels in bathtubs. If you notice any missing items, let us know. Please lock exterior doors.
If there are any dirty dishes, please load them in the dishwasher & run a cycle. Dishwashing pods & liquid can be found under the kitchen sink. Discard any opened food items.
Take a final look around to ensure you have all your personal belongings. Please dispose of all trash in designated bins located outside in the backyard. We ask that no trash be left inside the home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties or gatherings larger than the size of guests in reservation. Guest(s) must ask host prior to inviting non-guest(s) to home.

House was clean, and very quiet neighborhood with older folks on both sides. Parking is a premium due to a cul de sac. Kitchen was well equipped. Stove was always accidentally being turned on ( bad design). Pool table needs a short stick( small garage area) If you don’t bring food with you be prepared to drive for awhile. Location is not close to and restaurants or grocery shopping.

The house was comfortable, pleasant, and had everything we needed. The big backyard was really nice. It's in a very residential neighborhood, but was convenient to our activities in Norfolk. The only glitch was that the code we were given wasn't activated when we arrived. The owners were able to remotely unlock the door as soon as we reached them, and fixed it right away.

The response time is very quick. Host was able to address all my questions. Accessing the property was very easy and the place was beautifully maintained and everything needed was provided.
