This property was perfect for our large family vacation. I love that every bedroom has an en suite and the open concept allows folks to move around freely without being on top of each other. The pool was a huge plus for the kids!...and it's just a short walk/golf cart ride to theost beautiful beaches. Would definitely rent spooky lane again!

Excellent home, value, location, and host! I highly recommend this beautiful property. It was perfectly located near the beach and all the conveniences of Santa Rosa Beach. The house was impeccably clean, perfectly furnished, and it was very private at the end of a quiet road. Our host responded very quickly to two messages I sent. Overall, excellent vacation! I would highly recommend considering staying here!

We’ve been to Santa Rosa many times with family and this was by far the best home we’ve ever stayed in. The proximity to the beach was great, the golf carts were very nice, and the amenities on the property were outstanding. I will book again.

We had a fantastic stay. The house is absolutely stunning and so close to the beach. We loved that it was on a dead-end street without any traffic. The property management team was very helpful and super communicative.

We had a 10/10 stay at No Spooky Days! The house was exactly as described in the listing and even better in some ways than we expected. The house is open, beautiful, and spacious, but also quiet and private when you want some time to yourself. The pool was bigger in person than it looked in the pictures, which was a great surprise!The golf carts were great, and having beach supplies available, including beach buggy, chairs, umbrellas, toys, and more, was such a nice perk. The Spooky Lane beach access was just a short walk away, and shops and restaurants were an easy walk or quick golf cart ride away. The location was fantastic! We even saw some deer in the side yard. Ali was an absolute doll to communicate with! She was friendly, quick to respond, and wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, we had to cut our trip short because of the approaching hurricane, but the process was smooth and stress-free.Even with our vacation cut short, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. We highly recommend No Spooky Days to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and well-equipped beach house. We can’t wait to come back!

What a great place to stay for a family vacation!

This place was perfect! Spacious, clean, natural light, brand new, and modern! The manager, Ali was friendly and quick to respond to questions. It’s everything advertised and more. The brand new golf carts were such a great bonus! Don’t miss the opportunity to stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

Amazing time at this rental for my husband’s 40th. Super responsive host. Beautiful high- end home we really enjoyed our stay here! The house had mostly everything you could need. Would have liked there to be a full length mirror in the master suite, blender, and a steamer or iron.

This host has thought of everything! It was perfect for our family! From the layout of the home, the additional space above the garage, the incredible outdoor space with the most relaxing pool we’ve ever had at a vacation spot, the close proximity to the beach, and the carts to get around the community safely and effectively!! It’s just amazing! Food, ice cream, souvenir shops, I mean everything you need is only a cart ride away! Definitely would love to visit again! If you get a chance to book this property, just do it, you won’t regret it!!

The house was spotless! Everything was as good as if not better than the information. I would 100% recommend this property!!! The pool was great. Very clean also. The two golf carts were beyond nice. They were new with no tears in the seats. Access to the beach was great. Easy to walk to if you choose. If not drive the carts down and unload drive back to the house. There is no parking at beach access. Ali was amazing to work with from the beginning to the last day. She was always answering any question and usually within a few minutes after the question was asked. I have rented for several years on 30a. This by far exceeds any past experiences. I can’t thank Ali enough! I will be back!!! Rent the property if you are looking at it. You will not be disappointed!

Absolutely beautiful home. So much room for everybody. Had a freezer in garage which was so handy. Quick walk to the beach, like 3 minutes. 2 gold carts were an awesome touch. Best house I’ve stayed in at the beach in all of my 45 years of going.
