Sunny, Bright and Spacious Living Room upstairs (Streaming TV & the highest speed Internet/WiFi access available) with a Wood-Burning Stove and a Fully Equipped, Open Cooks Kitchen looking out toward the Ocean; utilize the Gas Barbecue Grill to enjoy your meals with inside Dining for seating up to 8, or the convenient airy Dining Area outdoors on the vast front deck facing the ocean.

There are 3 Large Bedrooms downstairs and 1 Bedroom upstairs; all with Plush Pillows & Bedding. 2 Renovated Bathrooms conveniently downstairs and 1 Bathroom upstairs or if you enjoy showering outdoors, Bathe in the private Scenic Outdoor Shower; all supplied with varied Shampoo & Soaps. What a week!

A great stay at a great place. The hosts were responsive and friendly and the location, steps from the beach, was great. Dont forget sunsets on the roof deck!

Amazing Week in the Pines

We loved this beautiful house on Fishermans Path. The three levels of deck space that look out towards the ocean were relaxing and restorative. The house looks better than the photos and communication with the owners was easy and smooth. The bedrooms are clean and spacious. We will be returning!

Beautiful home with an even greater view!

Even though our trip was cut short by Henri, we really loved our stay in JD and Michael's home. The house was everything they said it was, including the incredible roof deck! The house is spacious, yet cozy and friendly. Highly recommend this house for a fun weekend in the Pines!

A very pleasant stay at a beautiful house

We stayed for four nights and enjoyed every part of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and we dined on the patio every night listening to the sound of the waves. There is also a roof deck where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We connected our phones to the Sono system in the house which is very nice. The house is a two minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach where we took long walks and read. The owners greeted us on our first day and have been very responsive to our questions throughout our stay. They even let us borrow their rain jackets when we left. It was a wonder experience for all of us

Perfect Escape

I spent 8 days at the property with some friends over July 4th. The house was exactly as it appeared online and some more...overall it felt very homely and had everything you would need for a long getaway. JD was a fantastic host and was available whenever we needed anything. The Houses location was ideal with being only 10 minute walk from the main harbor and steps from the beach. Our entire group had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Birthday Bash

We were a group of 8 friends celebrating a birthday and the house was perfectly equipped for a beach side birthday. We were able to make beautiful meals and enjoy them in the various cute corners of the house; from the roof deck to the outdoor dining table and many outdoor sofas. The house is seconds away from the beach and has all the towels, chairs And umbrellas you might need and a huge cooler to bring along. One of the highlights of our stay of course was the outdoor shower - just magical. Thanks again for such a memorable trip!

Great getaway house!

This property was such a gem! JD was very hospitable in making us feel at home and made himself available to answer any questions. The kitchen is very well equipped to handle cooking for a large group, and the outdoor grill was a blessing. Deck space is also fantastic, with a rooftop deck that allows you to see far out. The beach is a stone's throw away. Highly recommended!

This was a lovely place to stay - really homely and cosy, with plenty of room for everyone; little things like the quality of the bedding and towels really helped. I also didn’t realise just how close to the beach it was. JD is a great host and answered all queries in a quick and helpful manner and really wanted us to have the best time possible. Fabulous FIP House

JD was a terrific host who gave us all the info we need! The roof deck and overall layout of the house are great. The living room is very comfortable and the surrounding greenery is beautiful. It's near the east end of the Pines and, not that it should be a focus of your stay, but the television and wifi aren't so great. It's a beach house!

Perfect Getaway

JD's home in the Pines was the perfect retreat from the city. The house itself is very comfortable, well decorated and has amazing outdoor space (unbelievable views.) The location is great, steps away from the beach and an easy walk from the ferry. JD himself was extremely accommodating, kind, and made everything a breeze. 10/10.
