About this property

Bobbi's Beach House is a spacious waterfront home with something for everyone!

Be ready to make some memories in this 4+ bedroom home with a game room and a large private driveway. The upper level has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, laundry room, living room with a fire place, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a jet tub and two decks overlooking the lake. In the garage is a ping pong table, foosball table, two bikes and an extra freezer and refrigerator.The lower level has a game room with a pool table, dart board, air hockey table, pellet stove, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a family room with a TV, DVD player, projector, a variety of board games and puzzles and beach access. The lake side of the house has a dock with a diving board . If you bring a boat there is plenty of space to tie up. We also have 4 kayaks, a peddle boat,paddle board ,windsurf board, life jackets and inflatables for our renters to use. There is a large patio on top of the boathouse overlooking the lake with patio furniture. By the yard is a hammock on one side, a BBQ with patio furniture on the other And a fire pit. There is a back road called Deer Creek that can be more difficult, so it is not the recommended rout.

Long Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Bobbi’s Beach House. The home is spacious and everyone enjoyed the lake, pool table, ping pong table, etc. There was plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting, too. It was a perfect way to spend time with friends and our pre-teen/teen kids. Bobbi was hospitable and responded quickly when we reached out to her. We hope to stay again.

Exceptional getaway!

Bobbi's house had something for everyone in our four families....be it indoor or outdoor activities, we were covered. the three days we spent there made for one of the most memorable vacations we have had in a while.

Great home for group retreat!

Our church group rented this home for a weekend retreat and loved it! The house is spacious and has an open layout. There are plenty of things to do at and around the house and the lake is simply beautiful! Thank you Bobbi for renting this home to us!

Fun family vacation!

Bobbi's beach house is the perfect vacation for our extended family. There is plenty of sleeping space for everyone, and lots of fun for all the kids and adults from the age of 2 to 69! Most of our time was spent outdoors but when the weather wasn't as good there's plenty of room for family fun inside. The kids loved the pool table, air hockey and ping pong, but spent most of the time in the lake. We made great memories during our stay!

Best lake house

Beautiful home and comfortably sleeps large parties.

We had an excellent weekend at Lake Cavanaugh and would definitely consider staying here again. Lots of activities available onsite. The owner gave us access to a paddle boat, Canoe and Kayak, as well as a spacious dock for us to park the Ski Boat. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great spot and cool house

rented the house as a graduation celebration with family and my sons friends. Boys had a great time on the lake with the kayaks and hiking in the surrounding area. The really enjoyed all of the extras - pool table, ping pong, air hockey...etc..

Generous Host

The home is stocked generously with games, towels, lake toys, life jackets, kitchen tools, fridge/freezer space, beds and bedding. It is an older home that is on a beautiful lake. We had a boat we tied to the dock and played on the lake, beach, or playrooms all week. Everyone wants a return trip!

Great way to spend Thanksgiving

Our family spent 3 nights at Bobbi’s lake house and had a fabulous time. Linen, pillows and towels were plenty and the kitchen was well stocked. Bobbi allowed us to check in early and was a gracious host. Would definitely go back. The fire pit, indoor games and water equipment provided us with awesome entertainment. Thanks Bobbi

Wonderful family vacation!

This is the perfect place for our family vacation! The kids could just walk out and jump in the lake any time, and we could watch easily from the house or beach. The living room was big enough for all of us to gather, and the fire pit area was great for evening hangouts. The dock is in great shape, with a fun diving board and ladder. The paddleboards and floaties were fun to try out. The kitchen has a great layout, and it was fun to use the outdoor grill as an option. We loved our time, and hope to come back!

2023 Annual Family Vacation

We had a great time, couldn’t keep any of us off the lake. We used some of the provided water toys and our own ski boat. Watched great meteorological shower from the dock and lawn. Kitchen worked for all our meals, sometimes with 4 people working at the same time. Extra fridge and pool table, ping pong table were great hits! Thanks Bobbie!

Wonderful Water

We stayed at Bobbi’s house for 5 days in July and we were lucky enough to hit the warm weather. We had a family reunion and what an amazing place to visit and swim. Enough room for all of our grown adult children and Grandchildren. Plenty of indoor activities, like pool, darts, air hockey, and table tennis. The outdoor activities included paddle boards, kayaks, paddle boat, and a wonderful diving board. We are already planning our trip next year. Thanks Bobbi for the great memories. Margo

Everything you didn't know you needed and more!

This year's annual multi-family vacation (6 adults, 4 boys under seven, and 2 dogs) took us to the beautiful south shore of Lake Cavanaugh. The pictures of Bobbi's house does not do it justice... it was everything described and much more! The house came well equipped for indoor and outdoor play for all age groups, which was perfect for the mix of rain and sun experienced during our stay. The room layout worked well and we were able to put the boys to bed downstairs and have music and games playing upstairs. This is the perfect place to truly get away from it all!

wonderful quiet lake getaway

The owner is wonderful and helpful to a "t." It is a beautiful property on a gorgeous private lake with some fun water equipment available. The garage, downstairs and bunk bedroom closet need some TLC as far as dampness smell. We could not go in the garage or open the bedroom closet because of the smell, but there is lots to do otherwise - the house is big and well-equipped, if a little jumbled. The grill could use a new scraper. It is a heavenly spot altogether.

Great Family Memories

House is large and has tons of space and beds for family if needed. The master bed was sooooo comfortable. The back yard is great and has a great dock and place to swim and kayak. The games and activities were a big hit. The house is in need of repairs (mold), some upgrades and a deep cleaning. There is a large amount of water toys and life jackets which is amazing but you have to dig through piles to find them. Honestly, I would stay again because our family really enjoyed this space and we spent most of the time outdoors anyway. Thanks to Bobbi for sharing her home with our family. We truly enjoyed it and made some great memories.

Thanksgiving 2021

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend 4 days with our family for Thanksgiving, my 60th and my mom's 80th! We lost power Thanksgiving morning but Bobbi installed a new generator, ran us through starting it up and wallah, all power restored except for the heat pump. We were able to get a fire going with the wood she left us and it was nice and toasty. We saw 4 otters riding the white caps, swimming and playing right in front of the house for about 40 minutes. With the weather bad and no internet or satellite we had no problem keeping ourselves busy with the games they provide and the ones we brought. This unplugged, electronic free weekend was just what the family needed at a fantastic home. Thank you Bobbi, we hope to be back!!!
