This place was wonderful. It was a group of family & friends celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Your place worked out great. Everyone in our group commented on the cleanliness and variety of activities. Sophi’s Kitchen & AJ’s Fine Foods are good sources of food.

Everything was great. Plenty of room for everybody. The pool, hot tub, cold plunge, and sauna were really enjoyable. The pickleball court was fun as well. Loved the three washers and dryers. Cooking was very functional. Game room worked wonderfully for the Christmas tree and to celebrate with the family. Thanks for everything, we had a wonderful time.

Amazing Spring Break retreat

Had an absolutely wonderful time spending spring break with family and friends is such a luxurious home. The pictures don’t do it justice - the backyard is an absolute wonderland. Kids and adults all had a fantastic time!

Everything about this property is incredible and beyond any expectation both in size and scope but also in the home being user friendly, spacious, clean and organized to perfection upon arrival. Ashley, the property manager, answered every question, was available upon request. Her response time was in a word, immediate. Above everything else, this was a celebration of my 80th. Birthday. Our family, fourteen in number, ten adults, three children and one infant, experienced as much fun and comfort as my family has ever experienced. The unanimous opinion was " a vacation/ reuinon of a lifetime. We enjoyed most of our meals in and this house is perfect. A spacious and well equipped kitchen, a table that sits enough comfortably for a family meal. The list of activities at the property is mind blowing. If you want quiet time, there are plenty of places to retreat to, the ultimate, the rooftop. So, to repeat myself, this property is perfect in every way.

Amazing house with a lot of room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent the week here with the family and had such a good time. Excellent for a Corporate Retreat

The pictures do not do the property justice regarding how spacious and impressive the house really is. It was the perfect layout for our corporate retreat. We converted the main living & dining area into a space where we could hold business meetings and used Airplay to project our presentations onto the TV (see photo). The rest of the house offered lots of space for individual privacy and also plenty to do during meeting down times. Property managers were very professional, extremely responsive to any queries and resolved any maintenance issues (only a few minor things) immediately. Highly recommend and will rent again.

Above & Beyond

This property blew us away. It was much nicer than we’d expected through pictures. The property management folks were responsive and were over-the-top - staging the property for our arrival, greeting us and helping us move in, giving us a tour of the property and ensuring we knew how everything worked, quickly responding to any questions or needs. Very well done. The house was equipped the basics like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soup, etc. It was great for a large group, with 3 washers, 3 dryers, 2 refrigerators, sans 8 bathrooms. The 360 degree mountain view from the roof patio is incredible, as is the view of the mountains over the pool. There was ample parking. The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. No one wanted to leave, and we are certainly interested in coming back!

Pros: kitchen was awesome, game room in garage was cool. Having 3 washer/ dryer was perfect. A dining room for everyone to gather was amazing and really hard to find. Pool area was awesome and we loved the cold plunge/ sauna. Being able to control the pool/spa was a plus because at our last rental, the owner controlled it remotely. Ample parking. Beautiful backyard. Fountain in shallow area for babies to play with was perfect. Roof area was spectacular. Perfect for sunsets and family portraits. Wildlife on property was entertaining (frog in pool, tarantula nest by hot tub, quails, hares, hummingbirds and lizards). Response to sewage problem was good and having a housekeeper swing by to clean up the overflow helped. Thankful for portable fans to cool rooms down. Appreciated the welcome basket of goodies, laundry detergent Cons: A/C not cooling the rooms, no remotes for ceiling fans for some rooms. Exterior lights for the stairs didn’t work. Need better lighting by hot tubs stairs. That area is too dark. Septic tank problem. Not being able to have anything go down the drain for 10 hours was an inconvenience. Had to drive to the nearest store just to use the bathroom. Septic crew temporarily fixed the problem but created a pond of sewage outside. They came back to pump it out before checkout. The smell was horrible. Recommendations: outdoor shower, outdoor bathroom, espresso maker, handrails for stairs, rooftop shade, ice bin in freezer or a separate icemaker
