"Agua Dulce" ranch sits on 3.2 acres of serene forest set to the backdrop of a tall limestone bluff, providing complete privacy from the rest of the world yet only 5 miles to downtown Austin & East Side. You + up to 2 guests will stay in an open-space 60's bungalow. Hang out after dark and stargaze on your private deck or walk down to the fire pit and roast marshmallows and listen to the coyotes howl! Host on site.
An open space cabin-style home built in the 60s with full kitchen and bathroom. 42" TV w Netflix! Queen size bed for 2 and an air mattress for 1 adult or 2 children. We provide linens, toiletries, blow dryer, drinking water and some snacks. The kitchen has pots and pans for light cooking. Friendly dogs welcome.
A developing area in South East Austin that is still nice and quiet. Our next-door neighbor is a donkey and 6 goats. If you come home late night and need food, there is a little taco truck at the gas station that is only open at night and is a life-saver post drinking! (and cheap!!)
There is a bus stop very close by. We do not have Uber anymore but we have other shared ride apps like "Fasten". I live about 1 mile from I-35 and only a 5 mile ride to downtown ATX. If you head south and jump on the toll road, you'll get to the Circuit of the Americas/Formula-1 Race Track in 17 min.

Cool cabin in Austin!
This place is beautiful! Just minutes away from down! The awesome part is when you turn off the street into the property it's like pulling into the woods! Trees flowers and a creek. Casita #4 had plenty of room and comfortable bed. It was very clean and super cozy! I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you kristen and Corey for the awesome stay!

Just Perfect
Everything was amazing! Simple layout but super comfortable for two people. Just vintage enough. Perfect distance from downtown Austin. Our Lyft rides were never over $15 which was perfect since parking was usually around $15 anywhere you went.
Thank you again for everything!

Beautiful secluded spot to relax!
Casita 4 is secluded enough to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere, very comfortable and cozy. The perfect place to unplug and recharge like we wanted.
If you’re wanting to see everything Austin has to offer you’re still super close to downtown and all kinds of entertainment without being in the middle of it all. It doesn’t get any better than that!
We loved our stay in Casita 4 and can’t wait to go back! 💙
Very pretty setting and lovely hostess who was accessible and helpful. Rustic scene in the woods with a comfortable cabin that had TV and functioning kitchen. Easy access to UT for football game--Best of both worlds.

About the host
Hosted by Kristen Lucio
I have been an Airbnb host for 4 years in Brooklyn and have recently returned to my native land of Texas. I have worked as a visual merchandiser in retail and later as a fashion stylist and now own a vintage clothing store, so I have an eye for detail. Aesthetic and functionality are very important to me when curating these "casitas".
Why they chose this property
I have a small ranch on 3 private acres that is surrounded by a tall beautiful limestone bluff covered in trees and shrubs with many different types of bird songs filling the air. A creek trickles through the property along the bluff and can often be waded through.
What makes this property unique
SO close to the city yet you can enjoy the little oasis that is Agua Dulce ranch. Wake up and sip coffee on your private deck and listen to the bird songs and wind chimes while you gaze out onto a serene backdrop of forest and the bluff.
