Location is amazingly close to the beach and water. We fell asleep to the waves crashing below us! Waking up to the sunrise every morning was so special. We loved every moment of it! Mark at the Tiki Bar/convenience store was great! Amazing spot! Thank you for sharing so a great rental!

Relaxing Spring Get-away

Beautiful beach. Loved the easy access. Condo was nice appointed. Really enjoyed sitting on the beach, weather in hoodies and reading a book or enjoying the sunshine

Beautiful beach break

We absolutely love North Topsail Beach, and how wonderful it was to stay in watching waves apartment. The sunsets and sunrises from the balcony are simply breathtaking and we saw so many pods of dolphins playing in the waves! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was great to have such a modern kitchen, a fab shower, a comfy bed and cozy living room. We spent most of our time on the beach or on the balcony and loved every minute. The communication was friendly, professional and accurate. Thank you!

Rest & Relaxation

Great location to enjoy the ocean breeze and listen to the crashing waves all day, even if you don’t want to be on the beach. You can’t possibly get any closer to the water without being IN the water. Amazing! Clean and comfy accommodations with restaurants and shopping a few minutes away. The only negative was the loudness of the AC unit which struggles. When the compressor cycles on it’s hard to hear normal conversation in the room. Thankfully the weather was great and we spent most of the day on the balcony just listening to the waves and enjoying the breeze. The proximity to the water to hear the sounds of the ocean without having to be on the beach was just what we wanted and was THE highlight of the trip. A nice oasis to retreat from the daily grind!
