We offer 3 bedrooms and accommodate up to 8 guests. No pets please.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed and direct access to the oceanfront balcony. There is a queen size bed in the second bedroom and two twin bunkbeds in the third. All beds are outfitted with high quality foam mattresses. Linens and towels are provided!
The living room, dining room and kitchen area offer an open concept living space crowned by a mesmerizing view of the ocean and ocean front pool from your private balcony. There is also a nice size front patio for the occasional dinner or simply to hang out.
The brandnew kitchen is fully equipped and ready to help you create wonderful family meals. Beach chairs and toys are available for your convenience and enjoyment.
Nestled in the heart of Ocean Isle you will find this location unbeatable, being in walking distance to all the wonderful amenities you have come to love about Ocean Isle.

- Smoking or vaping is NOT allowed inside the condo, on the front patio or on the back balcony.
- So Sorry but no pets are allowed.
- Complex does not allow golf carts.
- Please keep the property and furnishings in good condition, as you found them.
- Linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property; in the event that they are, a $150.00 fee will be charged.
- The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise or its facilities including the pool. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- Main guest must be 26 minimum age.
- For your safety there is a front door camera installed overlooking the front porch .
- The Pool is seasonal and not heated. It opens around Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day. However there is no guaranteed opening or closing date. The HOA may close pool due to unforeseen circumstances and owners have no control of this. No refunds may be given in such cases.
- The condo is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.
- There is ONE assigned parking spot available for each unit. In addition the complex has 10 additional unassigned parking spaces that are available on a “first come first serve basis.” Parking permits for condo on-sight parking are required and provided by host.
Additional Parking info for town of Ocean Isle Beach in general:
- Ocean Isle Beach gets very busy in the summer and parking around town is limited. Please plan accordingly and take as few vehicles as possible to avoid parking challenges.
