Disliked: Listing accuracy
The room was clean and we chose this listing for the location, so that was great. Towels could benefit from a sanitize wash with oxiclean as they were not as fresh as they could’ve been. There was no laundry soap for the washer and only one coffee mug. It is a basement efficiency apartment and I don’t remember reading that in the property description.

The photos are accurate, and neither the images nor the information provided in the listing are misleading. We understand that guests may have different expectations, but a full apartment or hotel-style accommodation typically comes at a much higher nightly rate. Nearby hotels are often significantly more expensive, and our pricing reflects the type of space, location, and amenities offered.

Absolutely loved our stay! The little studio was so adorable and perfect for what we needed! Easy to get to and nice to have a place to park off the street!

This cute little studio was wonderful. The location is 10-20 minutes from all popular things to do in Pittsburgh. This studio was spacious, & my husband & I didn't feel cramped. He is over 6ft & didn't feel like he was going to hit the ceiling. The place was so immaculate whoever their cleaners are do an amazing job. You can walk around barefoot & your feet don't turn black. I can't even do that in some hotels.The amenities: towels, soap, kitchen utensils, large television, fridge, sound machine, so many outlets, washer/dryer, & more were amazing. They weren't like the cheapest things, & were quality the towels & bedding were soft, the bed was firm but comfortable. We enjoyed staying in this place, & said if we come back we would stay here again. When you do drive thru the area for the first time, you do wonder where you are going but it is mainly a college town, & really quiet where the place is, & having designated parking that is well lit was fantastic. The very large shower head was great, & the water quality was nice & soft can't say that for Ohio water. We totally recommend this place, it will make your visit great. There was only 2 small things to mention that weren't great, but I wouldn't change the star rating or are feelings of staying again. I would of liked a hand rail on the back steps. There is 5-6 steps & you can get up them but a rail would be nice. The other is in the morning you hear some walking around above which makes since just a little startling at firs

Very nice studio.

Nice studio, very clean, and well equipped. Bathroom small but very nice. Great communication with host. Although the neighborhood felt a little rundown and crowded, it was quiet and we never felt unsafe. Having an off street parking spot was a huge plus. Easy and quick to get to downtown. Would reccomend.
