The Space:
Tucked away on a private road and beautifully nestled into Sedona’s natural landscape, this home offers a tranquil escape, where you’re likely to be visited by little tribes of Javelina and families of quail. Enjoy the peaceful presence of local wildlife, with birds nesting in the trees around the property, and keep a lookout for roadrunners darting across the grounds. The area is serene and inviting, offering the perfect balance of privacy and connection to nature.

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire property, ensuring a truly private and relaxing stay. Whether you’re lounging on the patio or exploring the grounds, you’ll feel immersed in nature’s beauty, with each corner of the property offering a peaceful retreat. It’s not just a home, but a sanctuary where the sights and sounds of wildlife create a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding and soaking in Sedona’s unique charm.

Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation.

No exceptions.

We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to:

-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI.
-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.


No Pets!

We do not accept mail at this address

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
