Tv reception was very poor in the evening for some reason. The location of the bear proof dumpster was not made evident to us. The carpet was very dirty and they didn’t try to clean it during our 8 day stay.

Lovely Night in South Park

We had one night in between a Sand Dunes adventure and Pagosa Springs. This property was the absolute best to wash off the sand and regroup. Very, very dog friendly! Responsive host
