Wanted beautiful ocean views and this place did not disappoint! Place is enormous and had everything we needed, far exceeding expectations. Pictures, although very nice, do not do it justice. The kitchen could have just about anything you need. House was very clean and well decorated. My family spent several hours in the game room, creating lasting memories. The walk to the ocean was quick and quaint. Everyone in my group was very impressed with this rental...we already are looking forward to going back someday!!

We had a great time celebrating Nana's 80th birthday here! The main living-dining area was perfect for our group of 19. It's very pleasantly decorated, and VERY well stocked for a large group with plenty of kitchen tools and accessories. (The slow oven hindered our make-your-own pizza). There was plenty of seating for meals and other activities. While the beach view was somewhat hampered by the unit below, it was still very pleasant and we had a spectacular sunset on Friday evening. Two couples rented adjoining cottages, but 15 of us slept comfortably in the main unit. The cousins loved sleeping in the bunk room! The downstairs accommodation could have been improved by adequate airing out (musty-smelling). One concern was the dark path and poor lighting to the downstairs unit. A couple of motion sensor lights would have made it much more accessible. Overall, we had a blast! Communication was good, and on Sunday morning we actually managed to have a full cooked breakfast, clean up, and be out of the units by 10:00 a.m. checkout, something of a miracle!

Fantastic spot for a family gathering! The location was perfect, right by the beach. Lots of room for everyone to visit and enjoy themselves. We had fun playing ping pong, making sand castles on the beach, and hot tubbing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a grill! Love this place! We will likely be back for our next family gathering. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space!
