This property was a little gem next to the towering facilities it’s nestled in between. Very close to a Walmart, so we had placed a pick-up order for just after our check in time, and had our groceries for our stay. Convent parking, fast elevators, right on beach. Clean apartment with great views. Great value! Definitely recommend!

Great condo directly on the beach - it's spacious and close to everything you'd need for a stay in PCB. We found the nightly rates to be very competitive and enjoyed a nice, long fall weekend with the family in PCB.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. Upon arrival, we noticed several cleanliness issues, including dirty dishes that appeared to have been put away without being properly washed. We also encountered cockroaches in multiple areas of the unit, including the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom entry, which made it difficult to feel comfortable or fully unpack. We communicated these concerns to the host directly and provided photos and videos. Additionally, we experienced issues with the air conditioning and no WiFi service despite multiple requests for assistance. While the beachfront location was a positive aspect, the overall lack of cleanliness and unwelcomed critters significantly impacted our stay. For the price paid, we expected a higher standard of upkeep and attention to detail. I hope these concerns are addressed so future guests have a better experience.

Sadly enough, these pastors only want a free vacation. I have watched some of their you tube videos about gifts of the spirit and other topics. But their fruit is rotten. They sent me a picture of a bug that wasn't a roach on a carpet that wasn't mine. One I pointed out the obvious, they produced an actual roach. What they failed to realize is that each image is the stamped and carries an exact location. Some of the images weren't even taken in my condo. I did challenge them when the only "dirty dish" was one knife and they took a picture of it in the bedroom? Creepy at best... it took Annette 3 hours to clean a one bedroom condo so any bugs seen by them were their own pets. It's truly unfair that scam artists can pull the ratings down for hard working, always on call owner. There are no bugs.. 10/10 from the guest before and the one right after. I've never even heard this before.. at Sunbird our HOA is over 10,000 a year so yes, professional post control is included monthly and the may 5 report for 506W was confirmed no activity.

Property was good and the condo was nice with great views of the Gulf. Heated pool felt good on my old back. White socks turned black from the floor in the condo, wore slippers after that. Bed was very comfortable. May stay here again.

With Pineapple Willy's right next door and front beach roach less than a half a mile; there's nothing that isn't within walking distance. St. Andrews park is just around the corner and for rainy days, Pier Park is just a few miles up the road. For serious shoppers, incredible deals are only an hour away at the Destin Commons. Or, step back in time by traveling up to Mexico Beach for the day. With so much to do and so much beauty to take in, this was the perfect property and location.

What makes this property unique

With three pools and a hot tub, as well as a fitness facility, there's nothing left to want or need when you stay at Sunbird. With breathtaking sunsets and the occasional viewing of sea rays and dolphins playing in the water, this property truly is magical.

The association has already completed all of the engineering and construction requirements Florida recently put in place for safety. The windows and doors are top rated and the view is unparalleled. With the laundry facilities out of the way, Sunbird is where memories are made.
