We had a great time with our group celebrating a birthday. My party planners were able to come and go as they please. Parking was tight with our trucks, but other than that, it was fantastic!!

PROPERTY WAS AWESOME, Everything we needed was close to the property. We enjoyed our stay once we were able to get in. The only problem we had was initially getting into our property with the code that was sent, and the tanks to the grill didn't have enough propane. But I did love the property and enjoyed my stay.

The property was poorly maintained. It was actually pretty dirty and tons of things were broke/missing. Previous parties decorations were left, I had to take precautionary photos of everything that was broke and or dirty. I couldn’t walk bare foot around the place without my feet turning black. It is in-fact not a 5 minute drive to Downtown either.

There were some broken chairs in both suites and ceiling fan didn’t work in one bedroom. When first arrived the hallway smelled like people were smoking dope.

The place was clean and a great location that wasn't far from Broadway. We had a few issues, for example the dryer wouldn't dry in one suite and the door wouldn't lock in the other suite. Also the pictures show it as a dual suite but there were actually two separate suites.

we stayed here for a conference and overall it was decent for the price. The home had what we needed, but a few things aren’t worth noting. The location is quite loud and not the most desirable especially if you’re looking for a quiet or privacy. Some of the facilities and furnishings felt a bit dated as well. That said it worked for our short stay and the value was reasonable just be aware of the trade-off depending on what you’re looking for

We had a wonderful time in Nashville and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Carter by AvantStay. While the property had a few minor nicks and paint scratches, our only real concern was that the floors could have benefited from being mopped more thoroughly.Overall, we had no major complaints!!! The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the property accommodated our large group very well. The rooftop view was also beautiful and a great bonus to the stay.The host team was extremely attentive and communicative throughout our visit, which we greatly appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Nashville.
