My family and I could not have asked for a better condo for our stay! The pool and beach being so close was perfect, and after traveling to Florida for years, we can confidently say this ranks as one of our favorite spots. The only thing we would change is having some beach equipment available, but we were easily able to rent chairs right across the street. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!Highly recommend Scratch Kitchen for breakfast and Pecan Jacks ice cream for dessert. They are both just a few minutes down the road. :)

Really nice condo & location! Quiet residential neighborhood right on the Timpoochee bike trail and the ocean! We enjoyed both. Bike rentals right across the street! Conveniently located between Destin & Panama City with lots of quaint seaside towns between each bigger city. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

Great communication, despite the central AC being out for all but the last day of our stay we had a great trip. Accommodations were made to try to make it as comfortable as possible and we made the most of it. Loved the easy beach access and the pool right outside our door was perfect. Thank you!

Great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and nearby businesses. The combination of a private beach and a nice pool is hard to beat. Unit 6A was clean, the furnishings were comfortable and appropriate, and the beach-themed décor was attractive. The TVs were good and the internet worked very well.This was our first condo rental in Florida, so local conventions may differ, but we were surprised that essentially no consumable kitchen basics were provided, not even salt and pepper. The appliances were mid-range and somewhat dated. A few maintenance items also need attention: the dishwasher’s bottom rack is missing the rear-left roller, the smaller range burners barely worked, and the kitchen lighting was dim enough to make food preparation difficult. The sitting-area rug has a rolled edge that creates a trip hazard, and the sliding glass door would benefit from lubrication or adjustment to make it easier to operate.Overall, we had a very good time and would stay here again. The location, private beach, pool, cleanliness, and furnishings are all strong points. It is not quite a 5/5 condo today, but most of the shortcomings appear small and inexpensive to correct. With a little attention and maintenance, it could very easily become one.
