A nice, clean downtown flat close enough to the 4th Street Art Fair to walk. Never moved my car the two days I stayed. A well-equipped kitchen, and a Kroger only a few blocks away if you need supplies.

Parking was a little tricky as there are a couple of businesses using the same lot. We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and pleasantly decorated. I would definitely stay again.

The host provided coffee pods, creamer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! The apartment is very charming and comfortable. The area is little bit on the edge of sketchy but we felt very safe and comfortable. Oh and free parking!

This place was just wonderful! It’s a beautiful loft apartment with plenty of space (2 bed, 2 bath) and lots of character. The beds were very comfortable, and the water pressure was fantastic. I hope I get the chance to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with me.

We had a great time in Bloomington. Our host Mary went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We actually left a few items in the apartment and Mary happily shipped them to us.

Interior living space was good, location; 1 block within a park of homeless community, camping, tents was questionable. Parking lot was of concern, although we appreciated the lights and camera on sight. Sorry, we would not likely choose this VRBO for future use based on location.

We have never had someone say they have felt unsafe in any way. It is true there are many homeless in downtown Bloomington. We are directly across the road from a charter school, upscale apartments, and less than a block from the convention center. Sorry you won’t be returning.
