The inviting living room opens directly onto a private back deck, bringing you right to the water's edge. A full kitchen is also at your disposal, ideal for preparing meals at your leisure. One bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the second provides a queen-size bed. Each nightstand is equipped with a convenient charging station and lamp for your comfort.

Location, Location, Location!
Strategically positioned between the historic charm of Charleston to the south and the lively attractions of Myrtle Beach to the north, our location ensures there are exciting adventures in every direction. For water enthusiasts, several public boat launches are conveniently located near our building. Georgetown is unique, with five rivers merging to form the magnificent Winyah Bay at its heart. Right outside your back door, you'll find the Intracoastal Waterway along with countless other waterways, creeks, tributaries, and pristine estuaries. Experience the best of both worlds: fresh water in one direction and salt in the other, all leading to the vast Atlantic Ocean and our incredible beaches. Believe us, they are second to none! The famously beautiful Pawleys Island beaches are just 15 minutes north, another absolute gem. If you've never experienced it, do yourself a favor and spend a day in our "arrogantly shabby" little Pawleys Island beach town – you'll love it!

Excellent Location!

Everything was awesome! Location was perfect, space was perfect, all around great experience. One complaint, if I had one, would be the amount of noise from the people staying above and the bar next door. I assume that’s to be expected in a townhouse type setting. We weren’t there a lot so it wasn’t that big of a deal, planning to book again for our next trip here in September.
