The unit was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The Host was always quick to respond with any requests. The condo has been updated and is "VERY" nice, would definitely recommend it.

Lovely Courtside Villa. We were here for a tennis tournament so the location was perfect. Very clean and great space. The only downside was the barking made by the dog in the unit above. He barked anytime we moved around our suite. A small dog, but a nuisance nevertheless.

This updated and very clean property was great. Everything worked well and the included amenity card made this property special. It has everything you need to get started on your stay. You’ll need keurig pods if you’re coffee drinkers. The washer and dryer work fine. We did leave some laundry pods for future users. There was no pitcher in which to make iced tea so plan accordingly. All and all an easy welcoming villa for a great stay.

I loved this place. So cute and comfy. I was so sad to leave. Enjoyed the location as it was very peaceful and easy to get to everything. Very accurate description except it's even nicer than described. Beds were so comfy (often they are not). Hope to come back next year
