This new construction loft was wonderful and spacious. The views from the rooftop were amazing! Kitchen was well set up for our group. We appreciated the one seat ride to NYC via bus and the walk to the PATH train.
Positives first. Fantastic rooftop terrace with views of the New York skyline.3 bathrooms, so ideal for 6 people.Big, spacious apartment. But....second picture isn't that flat.Communication is obviously with AI so very frustrating. We asked for access codes early as we would arrive from Scotland and would possibly have no WIFI. Ignored and it happened. Luckily a stranger let us in.Cleaners were still working at check in time 3pm so we had to wait until after 4.Although sleeping 6, there are only 4 of everything, cups, dining chairs, etcWorst of all, one couple had to move the mattress onto the floor as the bed was broken. Repaired, badly, the next day. If it hasn't been replaced it WILL happen again. Completely unsuitable for anyone over 5 stone.Advised the AI bot, got lots of words, all meaningless. A real shame if the owners have not taken our simple advice onboard instead of saving a couple pounds, and letting the whole experience down.
This property as well as the host was fantastic! Because it is a brand new property, there were a few items that were missing but as soon as we advised Mahdi had them appear like magic at our door! This was the perfect place for our daughter to begin recovery from surgery. Lots of space & the views were amazing! Also close to nearby “local” restaurants & we felt very safe especially with the parking garage. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you!!!

The Hvac never worked correctly. The system wasn't able to cool down the apartment in the back bedrooms, reaching upwards of 80, I reported it to the owner and nothing was done. The parking situation is confusing as well. You will pay for that separately once we paid for it, we were told to park in spot 32, 32 had been taken so we were confused on where we needed to park. So we just started the park in any empty space praying we did not get towed. I travel quite often. I like to stay in vrbo's as much as I can. This is one place I would not recommend.
