This is a beautiful home with plenty of room for all guests to spread out. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. It is located in a nice neighborhood, and we felt very safe at this location. We highly recommend and will stay here again when we travel to Salina to visit family.

Volleyball Tournament

We were in the area for a 2 day volleyball tournament and this place was perfect for us!! Any issues we had were fixed promptly. The place was clean and so nice!!!

This VRBO is a beautiful home. We meet half way for a family get together for just one night. It looks exactly as pictured and is beautifully furnished. Plenty of sleeping room down stairs too with the 4th room. We absolutely loved the house. However, We arrived to a dirty home. Apparently the last guests stayed over their check out time. The beds were all dirty, the kitchen, bathrooms, the downstairs, the entire house. The dishwasher was full, packed, with dirty dishes. There was NO dishwasher detergent. The towels were still wet in the washer. There was food in the fridge and the trash out back was full and overflowing out the ground. Two ladies arrive about 3:40 and cleaned while we tried to visit. They had no dishwashing liquid either. No bathroom trash can bags. There were no napkins, paper towels, paper plates or cups and all their dishes were dirty. There was no liquid soap either. The master shower doors have a pink mold on them and the doors were dirty. We appreciate these ladies stepping in, there must have been an issue with the late check out and the cleaning schedule. Unfortunately, we had to leave the home the same way. We too couldn't run the dishwasher and the trash just keeps growing. It took so much away from our one nighty with family. Couldn't cook, couldn't wash dishes. It was a disappointment and it was a rushed cleaning. I even helped them because we didn't have much family time., There was rock salt all in the entry way.

Family Together for Graduation

Overall this house was great for our family to celebrate our college graduate. The space was great for all of us, great back yard and the down stairs area was fabulous. Some things that we noticed that might make the next rental better. There was a lack of staple items in kitchen, ie measuring cups/spoons, wine opener, cutting board and more pots/pans(I had to borrow some pots and pans).There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed. I mentioned one of these items to the host but forgot to mention the other two. Vent in downstairs bedroom was falling out of ceiling. I did mention this to Dustin and he said he would get it fixed right away. Refrigerator in garage wasn't working and the shower in the hallway the first night couldn't figure out how to get it to turn on, tried everything with no luck. (I'm sure if I would have contacted Dustin he would have gotten these things looked at but it was such a hectic weekend that we dealt with it.)On Saturday one of the men in our group played with it and could tell that the pullup/pushdown knob wasn't working, he continued to work with it and finally was able to get it to turn on.The pros diffently outnumbered the cons of this house. Good house and good price.
