We had a wonderful stay overall. The space was perfectly suited for our family, and the view from the 24th floor was absolutely stunning—standing on the balcony truly felt like you could step right out onto the water. We would definitely consider returning for another visit. The only drawback was that two of the four elevators were out of service during our stay. With the high volume of guests for Spring Break, this led to longer wait times than expected. On one occasion, we waited nearly 20 minutes to catch an elevator.

Thank you for sharing your wonderful feedback. We are so glad the space was a perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the incredible views from the twenty-fourth floor. We understand that elevator wait times were longer than expected during spring break. While building facilities like elevators are managed by the resort association rather than our team, we sincerely appreciate your patience as the complex accommodated the peak season guest volume. We are glad your stay was fantastic overall and look forward to hosting your family again in the future.
