Single family home with fenced in back yard located on cul-de-sac 5 miles from Penn State campus. Fully furnished, 950 sq. ft., 2/3 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, laundry with washer and dryer, gas grill, & fire pit. 2 queen, 2 twin beds, + pull out queen sofa to comfortably accommodate 6. Linens and towels provided. One block from CATA bus route. Walking paths throughout neighborhood, woods nearby for bird watching, hiking, dog walking. Pets negotiable.

Perfect home base for a football weekend! Plenty of room for 4 people. Both the bathroom and kitchen are newly remodeled. The house is on a quiet cul de sac and can fit two cars (the second one has to be angled in so it doesn’t jut into the street). Would definitely come back!

Wonderful house and neighborhood

Stayed 5 weeks and it felt like home. Nice fenced-in backyard for the cat to explore, walking paths around the area, great kitchen and fantastic shower pressure (water tower right nearby. :-) ) Friendly neighbors and great hosts, responded to our questions instantly.

Perfect for a long weekend!

Such an adorable property in close proximity to everything you could possibly need, including stores, restaurants, gas stations, and of course Penn State! It had everything we needed for our long weekend stay, the outdoor area was awesome to have, we made a fire and sat outside quite a bit, and the owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again if we ever need to return to the State College area!

Football Weekend

Football weekend

Deb is great to work with and responds promptly to inquiries. The house works great for a football weekend. New kitchen, bath and living room area. The trails behind the house are great for a quick walk. Hope to be back soon!

Cute cozy house! Very clean. Kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils/appliances. Only negative for our family is that the third bedroom is part of a converted garage and since it was very cold the weekend we stayed that room was quite cold and does not have its own source of heating. The host said that it’s a work in progress so will probably be resolved soon. We probably would have brought a little space heater had we known so just something to note :) otherwise great stay!
