Amazing home! So incredibly clean and organized. The house has EVERYTHING you could need for a stay in State College. Check-in and check-out is flawless and directions/guides printed out within the home are so helpful. Excellent place to stay for a family of 4-6.

Shannon and the house was terrific. Super responsive to any question within minutes. She even asked her son to take us to the game as parking there was going to be a mess. Quiet neighborhood, house as described, clean, comfortable and perfect for a game weekend. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this house! Everything about it was perfect…location, linens, furnishings, kitchen and bath supplies, etc. The host was super welcoming and responsive; a real pleasure to communicate with. Truly felt like a home away from home!

Beautiful, well decorated and comfortable! Shannon was a great host and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Very close to town in a beautiful neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen and we made most of our meals at the house. Perfect for 2-3 couples! It’s a gem!

Perfect and Peaceful.

The house I stayed in was beautifully decorated,with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort,cooking and relaxing. The location made it the perfect retreat for visiting with my PSU student.

Lovely home

We stayed at this lovely property for a weekend visit to Penn State. The place is extremely clean with a well equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and we enjoyed having a backyard to hangout. We definitely will stay here again.

This host and home were outstanding! The house was lovely, well-kept and sparkling clean. Shannon was welcoming and helped me take my things into the house. I could smell the fresh baked bread she greeted us with. She was very prompt to answer my questions. The neighborhood was very quiet and the people were friendly. I hope that the house is available again when my family is in the area.

We had the most comfortable and relaxing stay here, so much so, we wanted to extend our stay. Everything is spotless and beautifully designed/decorated. It has all you need for a very comfortable stay. You feel like you're the first to stay in a brand new home! And Shannon the host is very welcoming. This is an ideal place when you're visiting your PSU kids or for any visit. There is a reason for all of the stellar reviews!

Beautiful Home and Great location

The home is beautifully decorated but very comfortable and warm. Simply gorgeous! Weather wasn't great for us so we could not take advantage of the back yard but would have a been nice to relax back there. Location and proximity to PSU was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

So Lovely in Happy Valley!

The property is simply lovely. Perfect layout and size for a famiy trip to Happy Valley. Shannon was fantastic as our host, very responsive and oh so helpful! We were greated with wonderful informatio about the property and some local snacks! We will stay again on our next trip to Penn State and Happy Valley!

Visiting Penn State

While visiting my son who is a student at Penn State we stayed at this lovely home. The house was super clean and fresh, the kitchen and bathrooms were filled with everything you need, and the living room was very warm and comfortable. Distance to school wasn't as close as I thought (will need car to go back and forth) but well worth the drive. I will definitely be back!
