789 Commercial street is a beautiful property with direct access to Cape Cod bay and spectacular views. The common areas were able to accommodate the six of us easily. The deck off of the living room was very spacious. Our host was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue which was resolved immediately.

This house is fantastic! Indivdual suites with family space are very well appointed. There is a beautiful view from the deck, excellent access to the beach and low tide sand bars and pools for kids to explore. Dogs are ok off leash on this stretch of beach according to locals, but know that there will be a lot of them at low tide, and you might lose a retrieve toy to a neighbor! This was a lovely rental that made our family very comfortable.

Property was absolutely amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of space for everyone. Super comfortable beds and great blinds on all the windows for everyone’s varying sleep schedules. Perfect sunset views from the roof deck and the beach- access to the beach path very easy. Hot tub was clean and loved by all. One caveat for booking- the rooms are on many slightly split levels so there are one or two steps up or down from many rooms; that in addition to the main living area being in the top floor might make this tough for people with mobility or balance issues. We had a few and it still worked out well, but I might reconsider based on physical conditions the next time. Deck was perfect for gathering and hanging out, super views of the bay and good seabird viewing as well. Ample and eclectic decoration and art throughout as well.

We loved everything about our recent stay. The house is absolutely beautiful and the view cannot be beat. The house had everything we needed/wanted and Craig was extremely quick and helpful in responding to our questions. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful getaway in any season!

What a wonderful time we all had! The home is absolutely beautiful and welcoming! The location is incredible! Watching the seals frolicking in the bay every morning was a great way to start our day - Ptown itself just wonderful and festive, also so many hiking biking trails in the area to get out and enjoy nature. Lovely lovely lovely

Gorgeous views of Cape Cod Bay with direct beach access from the house -- a pleasant stroll along the beach to town and many galleries and restaurants. Fantastic star-gazing from the hot tub and decks. We enjoyed the gas fireplace with the December winds howling outside and the games and books in the spotless house. Decently equipped kitchen and comfortable mattresses and bedding as well. Our host, Craig, was very responsive to a small maintenance issue that arose. Would definitely return to this lovely house.

The location of the house is amazing. You are right on the beach. The house is well kept and was perfect for our multigenerational family. The host was very quick to answer couple of questions that we had. All 10 of us (including 2 young children) truly enjoyed our vacation at this house.
