Cozy 2-story historic home 1.5 blocks off main street & Mineral Belt Trail; amazing mountain views; easy walk to everything in town. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, spacious kitchen, 2 living areas & a piano; we can leave a guitar for you too.
Bedrooms & main bathrooms on the 2nd floor. All bedrooms have dual-zone heated mattress pads, electric heaters & desks. Living room has great views of the street & a warm gas fireplace. Dining area has a piano, Boise sound system, dining table that can expand to seat 10 & an antique drip down desk with a mountain view; this is a great spot for doing yoga, or just sitting & soaking up sun & wonderful views . The dining room, has sliding glass doors that open to an elevated deck with great views & a gas grill. Basement has clothes washer/dryer, recumbent stationary bike, Sunlighten 2-person Smart Sauna with light therapy colored/infrared LED panels, a shower for dog washing & sports equipment storage; it opens to the backyard, which has a covered swing. 30-day minimum stay; contact us for negotiation & special arrangements.
