Why they chose this property
The house sit's across from one of the most photographed churches in Maine. So there is a great view from the front porch as well as the river, mountain & sunsets from the back.
What makes this property unique
This house was built in 1866 and has both the charm of it's historic features as well as modern comforts. It also has a home theater & has access to the androscoggin river. You won't find another place quite like it.
