This property is very beautiful. We loved the screened porch. It is close to Keeneland, which we were going to. The pictures are very accurate. The home is very clean and had everything we needed. Eric, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer questions that we had. I would rent it again if we have a group go to Keeneland.

we really can’t say enough about our stay. the house is so nicely decorated. although an old home, the renovations are very modern and up-to-date. its location is just a couple of minutes from downtown versailles and very convenient to surrounding distilleries. we highly recommend this nice home for your next get away.

Lovely stay

We truly enjoyed staying at this lovely house. The beauty of the house and its surroundings made our weekend getaway special. We enjoyed every corner of the property: inside and outside. We also fell in love with the town of Versailles. The Hosts provided us with a digital guide of the area. We were able to find restaurants, a local strawberry farm that was hosting a festival, and a free concert at a park.

Three couples met in Versailles for a long weekend, and this beautiful house was an important part of making it great! Everything was clean as could be, things worked like we were told to expect, and everything about it—the house itself, the furnishings, the decor, the grounds, neighborhood—was perfect. Such interesting decor and something outstanding in every room. The weather was unseasonably cool and we spent a lot of time on the screened porch. We didn’t do anything in the kitchen except make coffee, mix drinks, and talk, but if we had wanted to cook, everything was there. Just beautiful in every way. The town is very cute and so friendly. We had pizza and listened to live music by Mash Grass (?) at Rolling Oven on Thursday night, which was magical, so fun. We also ate at Ricardo’s and Mi Puebelito, both very good and excellent service. Correspondence and response with the owner was almost immediate and very helpful. Versailles was a great location for Keeneland, Buffalo Trace, Churchill Downs, and Louisville Slugger, and this beautiful house was the icing on the cake! We would certainly return and recommend it every day of the week!

Stepping into this home is like being swept away into the grand Kentucky Old-world luxury. Every room is beautifully put together and the beds were very, very comfortable. There was enough living space to spread out and sit and enjoy family time. We loved the location, which was 15 minutes from the Lexington airport and the beautiful horse farms. However, the neighborhood itself is not in great shape. We felt safe though and our car parked behind the house and out of sight. Location is very close to downtown Versailles and CVS, Kroger, and other restaurants. As it’s a new rental, it didn’t have a fully stocked kitchen. However, I’m sure this will be remedied and will have more to offer if you like to cook. With that said, it feels very new, clean, and like a home vs a rental. We cannot wait to stay again! It was a perfect place for our family, and the manager was friendly, helpful, and responsive.
