Beautiful property with gorgeous views! We stay in Spoonbill frequently and we are always impressed by the cleanliness and site of the property! We love walking down to House of Refuge in the mornings and dining on the balcony in the evening as well as watching sunrises!

Clean, quiet, nice beach location.

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and stocked.Everything was easy: parking, entry, access to beach, check out.I would definitely stay there again if I returned to the area.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was clean and well decorated. It was a great location with a very nice beach. Great views from the balcony as well, I really enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning. Will absolutely be back!

Perfect location. Quite small. A few more on hand incidentals would have been nice. Soap, shampoo, etc. Overall a great place with an amazing view of the ocean.

Very beautiful place. Well decorated and great views. Nice and quiet area. We had such a peaceful stay. Only recommendation would be to put up some black out curtains in the bedroom. The light from the hallway bleeds through the blind all night long. Otherwise the unit was absolutely perfect.

Excellent property. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. Beautiful view and wonderful sunrises. Kitchen was nicely equipped for cooking. Barbecue's are also available by the pool. The Living-room was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Large televisions in Both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom had a wonderful walk-in shower. The pool on the property is well kept and very clean as the ocean is also just steps away. I loved everything about this unit and location. Will definitely reserve again with Johnnie; she is very attentive and responds quickly to questions. This was my second visit to this location.

Perfect beachfront !

We were very pleased with this property ! Nice ocean view from our balcony . Kitchen was very well stocked which at times are sometimes not the case. Johnnie was quick to answer any questions. The location was perfect because in one direction two miles away was my brother and sister in law and in the other direction 3 miles away was good friends or ours . Would definitely stay here again
