It is much larger, more spacious and offers far more amenities than the competition. At over 2300 SF this home is extremely impressive with its vaulted ceilings, abundance of natural light and excellent outdoor entertaining space.

This home was recently built and offers all furnishings are new. The pristine kitchen boasts stainless appliances along with bright and clean modern stylings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and an excellent gas cooktop.

The home features an open floor plan that connects the living room, kitchen and dining areas. The main living room is an excellent place to relax and enjoy each other’s company. It is equipped with a 65" 4K Smart TV, and HIGH speed internet which allows you to stream cable TV and your favorite apps.

The bedrooms are all equipped with NEW comfortable beds and fresh linens that are professionally cleaned. The home is set up to create the feeling that it is your home away from home, as opposed to you trying to fit into staying into someone else's home.

The house has a spacious shaded backyard with plenty of seating area. The backyard is perfect for relaxation and soaking in the sun and to let the kids (or adults) run around.

There are 2 available garage parking spots that allow your car to stay out of the variable coastal weather. There is a washer and dryer available for your use that can be found adjacent to the kitchen.
