Family stay

No communication before our stay. Contacted management multiple times before a call back and then it was maintenance returning the cal. House was not cleaned, beds were not made. House smelled like smoke. Over all we were satisfied with our stay. Management took care of the situation immediately. So this is why I rated a 4 instead of a 5. But would return back

Thank you again for staying with us and yes, when you had contacted us we were taking care of another guest at that time when you were calling and you had called back the second time that’s when our maintenance guy had reached out to you since we were still on another call so that he could assist you. You did do a last-minute booking. It was late at night so we did not see the reservation till the next morning which was the day of your check-in house was still cleaned and ready to go by 4 o’clock, which was the check in time it just wasn’t finished when you’ve had a ride early. I was trying to get in. We do accommodate early check-in but only when we are able to thank you again for staying with us and glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to hosting you again.

Upon booking this property, the reservation was accepted. However, we received a "host cancellation" due to no electricity in the home. The integrity of this action is unacceptable. The refund was not automatic and required action on our behalf, as well as unnecessary follow-up.

The property was very clean and kid friendly! My only issue was that the washer didn't work properly which was a bummer with dirty beach gear but other than that, we enjoyed staying in this cozy beach cottage for our summer vacation!
