As soon as we arrived we saw that The kitchen sink was clogged with bad smell. We could not use the kitchen for dinner that night and had to struggle finding outside food with children traveling. Although the host arranged for the fix after 5 hrs , it was not a good experience we had. Even with Vrbo engaged in, the Host denied any compensation for the inconvenience caused.Rest all of the stay is good.Hope the host avoids these situations going forward.

Comfortable place, nice beds, plenty of hot water. Noticed an issue with lock on secondary door, it was fixed the next morning, amazing response!Kitchen cooking for one would have been fine, but lack of skillets made it difficult. We purchased two skillets at local hardware store and enjoyed our time there. Internet worked with streaming TV. Access with SUV or truck probably recommended, Jeep had no issues. Book directly through Renjoy, as you will be required to purchase their insurance (twice as much as VRBO) or leave a substantial security deposit before you can get check in instructions (never had that happen before, but I’ve only stayed in 20 VRBOs). All the outside cameras (7) made the use of the decks very limited as I didn’t know if someone was watching and/or listening/recording.Water was supplied to neighboring properties with heated water hoses that were plugged up inside the house so appears neighbors were not stealing. Strange to have someone walk across ‘your’ porch and turn on/off the water.20/hr if you want to check in earlier than 4:00.

This house looked so beautiful when I was looking for a place to stay for vacation. I didn't mind the price. But when we got there it was messy around the outside of house. The lawn needed mowed. The inside was nice but the beds were so uncomfortable we didnt sleep well at all through the week. There is also a summer camp that is directly behind the rental that you can hear them around 6 630am trying to wake everyone up. They also got very loud around bedtime as well. I dont usually make reviews but im highly upset with what I paid for and what I got. I go on vacations yearly and ive never been this upset. We ended up leaving earlier because I just didnt want to sleep there anymore. There is cameras everywhere so I felt I had no privacy also made us pay an additional amount before allowing me to get my check in code. Ive never had that either. Just was upset overall. The price is not worth the stay we had.
