Quick and easy check in- location was even better than expected. Response from host was great although they could not accommodate an early check in responded promptly with a great option to check our bags (Bounce) so we could begin our vacation enjoying the city without luggage. We stayed for 8 nights. Check-in was smooth and easy. We were able to get in and that was good. The location is great for people watching out the windows. The space: the downstairs is amazing. One full bathroom downstairs, one full bathroom upstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has two nice closets. The other bedroom has a closet but no rail to hang anything. Upon check-in (Saturday) We were notified that the upstairs bathroom faucet was broken and maintenance was on the way. He came said the tap needed to be changed. Could he come back tomorrow morning. We said yes. He didn’t return until Sunday night. Then he said he needed more parts and would come back again. Then we didn’t hear anything until Tuesday. He came Tuesday night with new faucet , so Saturday to Tuesday we were not able to use the faucet. Monday he remove the old faucet and left it in the sink. So really one bathroom for half the stay. The maintenance person brought a friend with him Tuesday evening, it was a little unnerving because left half way through. All the doors in the unit do not close fully, they are all swollen. We asked where the trash goes out. They said garbage is in the basement but the door code provided and the extra code provided did not work elevator. We were told leave it and cleaners would grab it. They didn’t come. So we had to keep all the trash’s bagged in the space all week. The good thing is that the bedrooms are very well insulated and you don’t hear the st

Location, location, location!!!

Property was exactly as the photos showed. You are right there in the middle of the action but surprisingly it was a quiet and relaxing place to stay. We were close enough to easily walk to everything we wanted to see but were able to eat a meal or two and pregame at the property which saved some money but you're still right there in the heart of Lower Broadway

Perfect Location

Could not be located in a better area. No parking onsite, but the garage is close by. I pulled my car in when I arrived and pulled out when we left. No need for it the entire trip. The place was beautiful and amazingly kept the sound out from the never-ending good times on Broadway.

10 Stars for Nashville Riverfront Lofts! We just spent a few unforgettable nights at Nashville Riverfront Lofts – “Broadway Billiards”, and WOW… what a stay! Located right off Broadway, this spot is steps away from live music, amazing food, and that electric Nashville energy you can literally feel in your soul. The loft was a total dream — modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you could ever need (yes, even a pool table because why not?!). The hosts were incredible — super responsive and made sure every detail was perfect. If you’re heading to Music City, this is THE place to stay. Perfect location, epic vibes, and walking distance to all the honky-tonk fun. We’ll definitely be back!
