The cabin was clean and very nice inside. The deck/porch on the outside was nice and had a small table and 2 chairs. It fit us perfectly for what we were looking for.

The cabin is in a neighborhood with other houses in close proximity but it was very quiet and peaceful. Deer and turkeys were in the yard every day and night. The cabis was perfect for what we wanted, but if you stay, dont expect to cook . There is an electric cooktop and toaster oven. It is a kitchenette. All in all, a cute comfortable, very clean camp.
Enjoyed our stay!! The tiny cabin was so cute. Love how they restored this old trailer! They did a great job and picked perfect finishes. The host, Ab was great at responding and met our needs. He also listened to previous guests and got an air conditioner and microwave. It was nice and cool on a very hot day! Bed was comfy too! The location was great! Hope it’s available next time we come. Highly recommend the Sports bar on Main St for breakfast! Thanks Ab!!

We loved hosting you and really appreciated your communication throughout. We hope to welcome you back next time you're in town!
door lock not working properly, not enough towels for shower , Bed could use a better Mattress and pillows. Theoutside area is very dangerous after dark due too no lighting.
At night the trailer was a sweat box. Fan didn’t even help
The trailer was very clean. The grass needed cut, no picnic table and leaves really needed raked up. All windows are sealed shut and you coul not get any air inside trailer.

Hello Jack,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear your experience fell short of your expectations. Our grounds are maintained on a regular basis, and we recently contracted outside help to combat the fast growing vegetation in the area. We have also installed a new AC unit in the property to address the ventilation and heat issues. Thank you again, we appreciate all your feedback and take it seriously to improve our guests' experience.
This trailer is modern and updated, sure has cabin vibes with the woodwork and décor. The air conditioner and two fans was sure appreciated as it was 82 inside, very hot in there. Some windows didn't have curtains. There's three dips in the kitchen floor, felt like a roller coaster. The door lock had trouble locking, we just kept shutting the door and eventually it would lock. The rocky driveway was steep and loose. It was close to Tionesta and Tidioute, about a 12 minute drive both ways. The shower had great pressure and heated up quick. The bed was very heavy and comfy. Black recliner was comfy also, and leaned all the back. We had a good stay.

Thanks for the review. We are very happy that you enjoyed the cabin especially the air condition, the bed, the recliner and the bath. We had fixed the glitch in the lock and now it should work better.
Perfect tiny house style accommodations close to the Allegheny River. Spotless and well apportioned for short stays. Five nights in our case. Close to everyone and everything we wanted to do.To update info from previous reviews:The windows do open. They are camper-style and can be challenging if you’re not familiar. But they do open.A portable ac unit is in the home and did not take long to cool us off.The house is located on the side of a hill on a gravel road in a rural area. It is a little steep, but if you take your time and watch your step, you’ll be just fine. Myself, 61, and wife, 64 had no issues accessing the property.Communication was outstanding and we had no issues requiring instant assistance. We will probably stay there again next year for our annual visit.

Was not impressed with stay. Yard was overgrown with weeds including what looked like poison ivy. Tall grass. Poor driveway. Windows were unable to be opened. No curtains on main windows. Plexi glass was what windows were and they were fixed with ripped screens left in place. Zero ventilation and insulation which made inside temperatures raise rapidly to very uncomfortable level. No place to put garbage outside other than small can in the kitchen. No microwave only toaster oven which was unable to be used due to already very warm temperature inside . Would not recommend or stay there again. Also ground to parking spot very un level and dangerous. Would not be pet friendly due to extreme heat inside or ideal for an elder or handicapped person.

Thanks for your review. We appreciate all feedback and work to keep all guests satisfied. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are sorry to hear your experience fell short of your expectations.
Our grounds are maintained on a regular basis, and we are working as diligently as possible with the fast growing vegetation and regular precipitation. The week prior to your visit was very rainy, and mowing could not be done due to continuous rain. We also want to assure you that while there is plenty of flora on the property, there is no poison ivy.
In addition, due to rising temperatures, we're prioritizing solutions to our ventilation and cooling setup in the cabin and are delivering new portable AC units to the property.
Your feedback helps us better understand where improvements are most needed, and we'll be using them as a guide moving forward.
Best,
Amr Abdelgawad
