I (Chloe) am the owner of this condo and manage this 1 and only property to ensure our guests have the best stay possible. We live down the street and take care of our guests.

Amazing mountain views overlooking Blackbird Beach Island and the town of Leavenworth from this very beautiful, very spacious, home away from home, quiet and private condo with 1 assigned parking spot in the garage! Additional cars can be parked at the nearby public free lot.

The beach and riverfront trails are just a few steps away, along with a great playground for the kids, as well as an outdoor community pool up the street during the summer. The city’s pool is about an 5 minute walk or a 3 minute drive when open. The city has all the details on their open hours!

These condos were newly built and have very nice upgraded finishes, we just did some updating to our liking, that you will enjoy too.

Park the car in your personal spot in the parking garage and leave it for the rest of your vacation! This beautiful, very clean, FULLY stocked, luxury condo vacation rental is nestled between the mountains, and all the fun in downtown Leavenworth.

Fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware you could ever need. All the dishes, utensils, pots and pans, mixing bowls, baking dishes, wine glasses, etc are provided, as well as a coffee maker, blender and a toaster. Coffee, hot cocoa, apple cider and an assortment of teas included, as well as seasoning/spices, olive oil, sugar, flour etc!

2 bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa - 1 king bed in the Master Bedroom and 1 queen in the Guest Bedroom, with dressers and end tables, AND 1 queen sleeper pull out couch in the Living Room, condo sleeps 6. Also has a Pac n Play for a little one if needed. Tons of bedding and extra blankets!

2 mounted flat screen TV's, one in the Master and one in the Living Room and FULL CABLE. The Living Room has a large couch and 2 chairs to relax next to the fireplace. You can adjust the thermostat for your liking, heat and air conditioning. We also provide multiple games and playing cards. There is also a radio/CD player in the Living Room. Free Wi-Fi!

2 large bathrooms with granite counter tops and tile floors with a hair dryer, shampoo and soap provided.

A full size washer/dryer with detergent, dining room table for 6 with built in leaf, there is also a bar and 4 bar stools, and a large private balcony with a bbq, plenty of seating and a beautiful view of the mountains and town.

Very easy self check-in, you’ll be given a code to enter at the front door!

River's Echo is located on the south end of town, with an entrance to Barn Beach and Blackbird Island coming right from the driveway. Everything is walking distances, with shops/restaurants just a few steps away.

Take a stroll, grab some food and get some drinks all within blocks of this cozy condo. Or have your own down time on the balcony or next to the fireplace, lounging while taking in the views of town and the Cascade Mountains.

There is an extra guest fee over 4 guests. However, kids 5 and under are free! There is also a cleaning fee, which we only charge what our Housecleaner charges us. Please fully review the booking cost breakdown before submitting. The damage deposit that is held by HomeAway/VRBO is fully returned to you after your stay.

We will also provide a list of happenings for free upon request for restaurants, and activities close by. I can also book reservations for restaurants and activities for you, if you like.
