The bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 1 bunk bed, and 1 queen bed, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. The 4th bedroom is set up as an office with a desk and large 4k monitor to connect your personal laptop to for work.

Open living room, kitchen with large pantry, mudroom and kids play/reading nook.

Laundry washer and dryer available for use.

Attached 2 car garage to keep your vehicles, bikes, etc.

Additional large gravel RV parking area on the side of the house.

Front and back yard with open grass and a trampoline, swing set/playground for children.

Located along the Wasatch Mountains gives you an amazing view and quick access to parks, hiking, mountain bike trails, outdoor rock climbing and camping.
