About this property
Pristine Villa--Ocean, Mountain & Rainforest Views--Playa Bejuco Beach Area
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
Del Pacifico is unlike any other place in Costa Rica--strategically located on rolling hills with spectacular views of the palm splashed coast of the Pacific Ocean one side and a scenic rainforest on another side. The Resort is enormously popular with guests because it is "city close" to Jaco and Parrita and "country quiet" from crowds, congestion and traffic noises--a perfect place to rest, relax and renew. It is the perfect launching place for sightseeing day trips throughout the area.
ABOUT THE RESORT?
Del Pacifico is a master-planned community designed by internationally famous architects whose Spanish Colonial Revival Style is woven into the entire development- including thick stucco walls, clay tile roofs, decorative iron railings, massive square pillars, arches, colonnades and mosaic tile domes and Olde World herringbone brick roads wind throughout the resort's extensive grounds of stately palm trees, lush tropical landscaping and manicured lawns and hedges.
Our area--Villas Del Pacifico (VDP), situated on rolling hills in the middle of the complex, is in the VERY BEST LOCATION of the entire Resort. In addition to gorgeous landscaping, manicured shrubs and exotic trees and flowers, guests can enjoy---two(2) free-form mosaic tile swimming pools, a jetted hot tub, a wading pool, an outdoor pool shower, a water fountain and pond---along with nearby bathrooms and changing rooms. Adjacent to the main swimming pool is a veranda-style Rancho or Pavilion providing a perfect place for hosting parties, having cookouts, playing cards or leisurely reading or lounging.
THINGS TO DO:
The resort is on Interstate Highway 34 and is in close proximity to good restaurants and tourist attractions--including Quepos Marina for Sports Fishing and White Water Rafting trips,, Manuel Antonio National Park, Rainmaker Park, Whale's Tale Snorkeling, Ocean Whale -Watching, Waterfall Tours, Zip Line Adventures, Canopy Tours, Eco, Vanilla Bean and Alligator Farms and finally the Nicoya Peninsula by Ferry Boat for its white sand beaches, deep blue Ocean waters and experience quaint coastal communities, waterfalls and lots of vendors of local artworks. Oops..horseback riding tours are RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the complex and within walking distance if you don't happen to have a car at the moment.
HOW TO GET THERE:
The Del Pacifico Resort is located in Esterillos Este in the Province of Puntarenas in central Costa Rica on the Pacific Ocean Highway less than two (2) hours drive from the San Jose Airport on new and/or well maintained and marked highways on Interstate Freeway 27 and Interstate Highway 34. The best way to get to the property is by rental car. You will enjoy the nearby attractions more if you have a car.
On the way to the Resort you will view Costa Rica's beautiful countryside, drive past quaint villages and colorful custom villas, small locally-run soda buffets, tourist shops, the alligator bridge, and dozens of fruit and vegetable stands along the road. .

Why they chose this property
I travelled to Costa Rica in 2008 looking for a vacation home in. Within 4 months I became the proud owner of Casa Feliz. I was most impressed with the Developer's vision of a "Master-Planned Community" designed by renowned architects woven into rolling hills with plans for a Regional Town Center, an 18-hole Golf Course, Custom homes. Luxury Villas, Quaint hand-laid Brick Roads and Lush TropIcal Landscaping. I fell in love with the "developer's vision" and am became the proud owner of Casa Feliz 60-days after my first visit to the Resort.
Our central location on the Pacific Coast Highway is another reason I purchased my condo. Guests can use Del Pacifico as their home base and travel from one end of Costa Rica to the other in one (1) day..
The bus stop is across the highway and right in front of the Town Centre. Backpacking guests can walk down from the condo, jump on one of CR's fine public buses and go anywhere in the country for a few colones.
I was particularly impressed with the quality of construction--thick stucco-clad walls, clay tile roofs, ornate iron trip, ceramic tile stairways, teak and italian tile flooring, majestic balconies, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, dishwashers, garbage disposal, 10ft- high ceilings, ceiling fans, air conditioning, etc., etc.
Del Pacifico is "City Close and Country Quiet." It's close enough to Jaco and Parrita, but far enough away to be a quiet, restful retreat from the noises and the bustling crowds.
The proximity to Bejuco Beach is another reason I bought my property. Bejuco Beach is one of the most spectacular, yet undiscovered, beaches in all of Costa Rica;and truly one of the greatest places in the world for morning walks and evening sunsets

The MBR Balcony has great visual and verbal access to the community swimming pool, wading pool, hot tub, the Rancho/Pavillion and the tropical gardens below. .
3) Sights and Sounds of CR Songbirds--The master balcony outside the Great Room is surrounded by 30 foot high tropical trees, populated by tropical canaries, parakeets and colorful MacCaws, can only be experienced from the master balcony of "Condo 11." 4) Proximity to Bejuco Beach---This relatively undiscovered beach, only 5 minutes away, is spectacular and goes on for miles and miles with picturesque palm trees. It's contamination free "Blue Flag" designation makes it a #1 for wading in the surf, jumping waves, shelling or building sand castles.
5) Proximity to Tico restaurants and fresh from the ocean seafood menu delights.
6) Low Occupancy: Due to the large number of absentee owners in the complex, it would not be unusual for you and/or your group to have the entire pool complex and the Lanai Pavilon to yourselves for the majority of your stay.
7) Tropical Forest Views--Casa Feliz is the first building on the middle ridge next to the cobblestone road. On the north side of the road is a tropical rain forest that can be enjoyed from the Casa Feliz's main balcony or stairway.
