This spacious corner top floor (4th) unit is accessible by elevator and features short distance Gulf views from its side balcony, perfect for nightly sunset viewing, and a front sunroom with expansive Lemon Bay views. With comfort and relaxation in mind, this lovely condo has been recently redone with tasteful coastal decor. The large primary suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a large shower. Second bedroom with a king bed is adjacent to the guest bathroom with tub/shower combo. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa. There is an in-unit washer/dryer and fully stocked kitchen. All linens including sheets, bath towels, and beach towels, as well as beach chairs, are provided. The condo complex includes two large pools, common areas with picnic tables and grills, plentiful guest parking, and is conveniently located to local restaurants, shops, golf, and water sports. Manasota Key is just a 15-minute drive to Venice, and about 40 minutes south of Sarasota, both cities feature plentiful restaurants, shopping, and attractions,
