PET ALLERGY! If you are allergic to dogs or pet dander, SKIP this property. There are balls of pet hair floating about the house like dust bunnies. There have been animals all through the house and the carpet is quite stained with a hint of urine. Even the kids could smell it. The pool table is in its last leg and I would not lean on it too much. The pots and pans were so scratched that I was afraid of it flaking into our food. All and all the place is just tired.

Cleanliness and comfort remain top priorities at our property. We were surprised by these comments, as no concerns regarding pet dander, odors, cookware, or the pool table were brought to our attention during the stay, which unfortunately prevented us from addressing them at the time. Following this review, we conducted an additional inspection of the home, including the carpets, cookware, and game room furnishings, to ensure everything continues to meet our standards. We also work closely with our cleaning team between every reservation and consistently receive positive feedback regarding the condition and cleanliness of the property. We encourage guests to contact us during their stay if anything does not meet expectations, as we are always happy to respond promptly and resolve concerns whenever possible.
