GET READY FOR YOUR PERFECT GOLF AND BEACH VACATION!

Beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom golf condo/villa located in The Havens Community of Barefoot Resort & Golf. Easily accessible on the Ground Level (no steps) and offering a fantastic view of The Norman Course #9 Hole.

The living and dining rooms are brightly painted and includes a pull-out Queen sofa bed, 1 plush recliner, 1 comfortable swivel chair, 55'' SMART TV, DVD Player, large dining table with seating for six, and walk-out access to tiled patio.

The Master Bedroom features a complete King size bed, 32'' SMART TV, full private Bathroom (shower/tub combination), new LVP flooring, large walk-in closet, and expansive window overlooking the golf course. The Guest Bedroom offers 2 extra long Twin size beds, new LVP flooring, a 40'' smart TV and DVD Player. The Guest Bathroom also features a shower/tub combination.

This fully furnished condo has central heat, central air, full size wash tower, laminate and tile flooring, carpet in the bedrooms, and ceiling fans. The kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, electric can opener, crock pot, dishes/serving bowls, assorted cookware, utensils, and spices.

This villa includes wireless internet service, Cable TV (3 TV's), 2 DVD Players, and cordless phones with caller ID. Telephone service includes FREE local and long-distance calls, including Canada (non-International).

Porcelain tile has been installed in the screened-in patio (8' X 13'). Enjoy a peaceful afternoon sunset while relaxing in one of 4 comfortable patio chairs.

Linens, towels, liquid hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher/laundry soap, and all paper products are provided. Beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards, and numerous beach toys available.

A lock box (containing key) at door allows for a hassle-free entrance. The code will be provided prior to your check in.

Enjoy a round of golf at one of Barefoot Resort & Golf's four championship courses: Norman, Love, Fazio, and Dye. Two pools are located on resort property. The private Havens Community Pool is a short walk away! Guests may also use the spectacular North Tower Pool located near the entrance to Barefoot Resort & Golf. This is the LARGEST pool in the state and also has a jacuzzi.

BEACH TIME! In less than 10 minutes, you can drive to the beach. The beach is also accessible with FREE Barefoot Resort shuttle service (Summer ONLY). This van will take you to and from the public beach access - no need to worry about parking!

Barefoot Landing, a mecca of over 100 specialty shops, restaurants, and live entertainment, is just across the Intracoastal Waterway. Dine at superb restaurants and be thrilled with top name entertainment at the Alabama Theatre or The House of Blues. Enjoy a wine sampling at Duplin Winery. Check out Alligator Adventure adjacent to Barefoot Landing to face some of nature's fiercest and most beautiful animals. Nearby is The Carolina Opry, Broadway at the Beach, and Tanger Outlets.

Amazing rental

We visit SC every year. This is by far the cleanest and well stocked home. We have always brought our own beach toys, umbrellas, and beach cooler; but you would not need to with this rental. The kitchen also has numerous kitchen items! We will rent again.

The condo was perfect. My opinion is it was better than the listing. The owners went above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. We didn't have to worry about anything. Communication with them was very easy and pleasant. The resort is beautiful and the area is awesome. We highly recommend going to Barefoot landing. Lots of food and things to do. Our family had a great time and will definitely be coming back.

Much Needed Girl’s Trip

A friend and I decided that we needed a girl’s trip getaway and both have actually never been to Myrtle Beach. We found this gorgeous condo to rent and from day one of communication our experience was wonderful! We had questions about the property, the area in general and some “what if’s” in regards to possible Covid-19 bans and the homeowners were nothing but fabulous in communication. The condo is absolutely adorable, close to everything and the lovely area of Barefoot Landing, a short drive to the beautiful beaches and the best part was the condo community itself was absolutely gorgeous, clean and oh so quiet...we couldn’t have asked for more! Thank you for a great getaway...we will definitely be back to do it all over again!!!

Coastal R&R

Our unit at the Havens was everything the posting indicated and we felt it was a home away from home the moment we stepped inside. Fresh, airy and spotless with more than you would need to make the stay comfortable. We were able to walk out from the screened patio and take our chairs down by the golf course in the evenings . . . so peaceful. Gary and Darla have put a lot of thought into the needs of visitors and we had some wonderful chats with them during our stay. Everything was easy to access from entry, pool to technical equipment. An abundance of supplies so you wouldn't be caught short. The Food Lion card was perfect and just a hop away without having to leave the Barefoot Landing property. This location is fabulous as a springboard to many day trips . . . to Murrell's Inlet and then on to Charleston. Thank you for making this the perfect spot to unwind after a very busy winter.
