An absolutely perfect property for vacationing pet owners who want proximity to Hudson with open space for dogs to run. 14 acres with beautifully maintained trails through fields and forest leading down to a huge creek that our pups loved. So many things to do, almost all pet friendly, within a 10 minute drive that our four day stay was not nearly long enough. Plenty of outdoor living and a convenient Mexican restaurant right across the street and beautiful farmers market just down the road.

The cottage and land were perfect for us. We stayed with our daughter, grandchild and his border collie! The layout of the house was just right for the 5 of us, with big kitchen, nice living room, outside patio, and acres of garden, meadows, woods, the creek. Amazingly there were no mosquitos last week. We saw a fox, a rabbit and a great blue heron - and a deer. We were so fortunate.It was a mostly peaceful week and a real break for us. We have two sets of friends within about 10 minutes, so a great location as well.Thanks to the hosts.

Beautiful home on amazing property! It was clean, well stocked and had a lot of lovely details for the guests. Very pet friendly. If you enjoy nature, the property is a must to hike around (although do heed their warnings and use the tick spray or keep to the trails and do tick checks on your pets as well). If I had one bit of advice for the owner it would be to get new living room chairs, they are formal so not very comfy for relaxing at night. Everything else was perfect
