The location is excellent for visiting UCLA and the local museums. Although centrally located, the home was extremely quiet without street noise. Communication with owner was excellent including accommodating early check in.

This property was everything we could have asked for. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do and very quiet. Parking was easy. The house had more than enough room for our family of five to spread out when space was needed and also enough seating for the nights we watched movies together.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was really well stocked with all necessary appliances, kitchenware's and linen. The home is spacious, and the rooms are well appointed. The gardens are beautifully maintained, and the location is a short walk to Santa Monica Boulevard. We absolutely loved our stay and Jill, the host, was extremely accommodating. LA Marathon

The property and location were excellent. Walking distance to the Century City Mall (less than a mile) and many other restaurants. Santa Monica Blvd was only a few blocks from the house. Also a short driving distance to UCLA. Plenty of space for our family which consisted of 6 adults. Jill was prompt in responding to any of questions. I would stay here again.

Perfect West LA house

We loved this house! We had a group of 5 (two 50-something parents and 3 young adults in their 20s) visiting our UCLA student daughter to celebrate her birthday. The house was perfect for what we needed -- a place with plenty of room for us to sleep and lots of space to spend time together, indoors and out. The neighborhood is adorable and walking distance to the Century City mall. The beds were comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you might need, from numerous coffee makers to blankets for the couches to toiletries stocked in the bathrooms. We had a great time just visiting and hanging out in this beautiful house!

Visiting the Kids

We spent 24 days at this house. All the things that really matter were great. Upgraded kitchen, baths, mattresses and plenty of towels. There was a garage so no need to park on the street. The host responded to a few issues within minutes. The location was excellent for us. There does need to be some TLC to the property in general. A few repairs, some paint, new cushions and deep "spring" type cleaning would help overall. I left the hosts some details and hopefully she will take care of everything so that there will soon be all 5 stars. If you have a lot of people this is an ideal house. As it turned out our grandkids didn't stay with us, so the house was actually too big for us.

Great house for family

This house slept more than we had, but we thought it was great for us, our son, and his family. The bedrooms were well removed from the kitchen and living space, so earlier rising grandparents could prepare breakfast and chat while teens slept in. At night, the kids could stay and talk, while we slept soundly. We really enjoyed the outdoor space - a pretty patio in one area and some outdoor benches, chairs, and a hammock in another part of the yard. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, well located. There were a few small glitches - one set of keys didn't work, and a hair dryer didn't work. The host addressed the problems immediately.
