Thank you so much! We're glad you enjoyed the home and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. It's great to hear the activities kept your group entertained throughout the stay! We really appreciate the recommendation and would love to host you again anytime!

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the home itself, and that your kids and grandkids had such a great time with the pool and backyard amenities. We also appreciate you bringing the exterior issues to our attention. Unfortunately, just before your arrival we experienced several days of severe storms that damaged portions of the screened porch. We made temporary repairs as quickly as possible, but with back-to-back reservations we weren't able to complete the permanent repairs before your stay. We were also happy to send someone over to help with the squirrel after you let us know, but we completely understood when you declined. We sincerely apologize that the condition of the patio furniture was missed before your arrival. That is not the standard we strive for, and we've already addressed it with our cleaning team to ensure the outdoor furniture receives the attention it deserves going forward. Had we known during your stay, we would have gladly sent someone over to clean or replace the cushions so you could fully enjoy the space. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience. We apologize again for the issues that were missed, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better stay in the future.

Thank you for staying with us Diane! I am glad it all worked out and you all enjoyed your time with us.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful review! We're thrilled to hear the home was such a great fit for your family reunion and that everyone—from the grandkids to the adults—was able to find something they enjoyed. It sounds like you really made the most of the pool, hot tub, sauna, pickleball, fire pit, and everything the area has to offer! We're especially happy to hear the home gave your family plenty of space to spend time together and helped make your New Year's celebration so memorable. Thank you as well for your kind words about our communication and for highlighting some of the great spots around the neighborhood. It was truly a pleasure hosting your family, and we'd love to welcome everyone back for another reunion in the future!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to see that your experience didn't fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your stay and wish you all the best in your future travels.
