Wonderful place to stay and we will book again if we are in the area. I expect it will be even better once the exterior renovations are complete on the building. Very conveniently located to many Cleveland attractions.

Clean property. Complex safe and friendly. Clear directions given by host and great communication about check in process. Reached out during the stay to make sure we didn’t need anything.

The Boathouse Suite condo was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Scenic views from the large living room windows. Check in and check out were simple. Free street parking was readily available. Great communication with the host. We were in Cleveland for a Browns game, and the stadium was only about a 20 minute walk away. Fun trip, and great accommodations. We will stay again the next time we are in town.

The condo was clean, well maintained, and in a wonderful location! The beds were amazingly comfortable! I LOVED setting on the balcony and watching the boats going in and out. We came in town for the Eric Clapton concert. My significant other has terminal cancer and comfort is a priority. The parking was close and easy to get near the doors. The building is secure and we felt very safe. Front entrance is easiest for accessibility, but easiest parking for us was in back with construction going on. All our Lyft rides picked us up out front and it was very convenient!!

Unit was beautiful and clean; however building did have subtle weed smell. I’m prone to headaches and very sensitive to even subtle smells. The unit is smoking free and I could tell it was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Host was exceptional in being willing to give us a partial refund and being very warm and professional in responding. He was always kind and understanding. We chose to stay the one night because our flight had been three hours delayed and we were there very late- that is why we requested and were provided a partial rather than full refund which was reasonable.

Wonderful stay over the 4th

The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and there is a parking lot but it can be a haul if you bring a lot of things with you. It was not an issue for us personally, and there is elevators to access the unit. But just wanted to add that for someone with a walker or very limited walking ability it may be a little struggle. I have something called POTS and have been dealing with a sciatica flare but still managed okay. The security at the front desk was quite friendly. Overall we were fairly impressed and the Boathouse was even better than we thought it would be. You really cannot beat the view and it was perfect for watching the Jacob's Field fireworks.

The place was great. Super cute and close to a lot of things. We were a little disappointed that the balcony wasn’t accessible due to construction, but we powered through it The bed was comfy and the views were amazing. If we ever make our way back to Cleveland, we would definitely stay again. Anthony was very attentive and although we didn’t have any issues, he checked on us and made sure we knew he was available if we did.
